Ajjadeen Posted Wednesday at 10:51 Report Posted Wednesday at 10:51 (edited) Last couple of goals have come from cutting back off the goal line. Albeit a bit scrappy/fortuitous how we got to the line but if you cut balls back into the penalty area (Nisbet) or clip them to back post (Devlin) good chance someone will be there. Don Julio Posted Wednesday at 11:51 Report Posted Wednesday at 11:51 Which is what we were doing well at the start of last season, driven largely by Shady Mo hitting the byline. Quote
OrlandoDon Posted Saturday at 14:49 Report Posted Saturday at 14:49 This has become a really disappointing thread! So few rumors in recent months/years. The club has done a much better job of keeping signings close to their chest, even though the majority have been shite. Takes the fun out of things! are we being losely linked with anyone at all besides David Watson? so who are the more recent signings on their way out besides yengi?? Quote
Slim Posted Saturday at 15:12 Report Posted Saturday at 15:12 It’s early December, the club are at least 6 weeks away from identifying last minute panic signings. 2 2 Quote
OrlandoDon Posted Saturday at 19:14 Report Posted Saturday at 19:14 Left back Longelo scored for Motherwell again today. He’d be a great addition. Quote
Ajja Posted 14 hours ago Report Posted 14 hours ago Would you take Just at Well as a replacement for Clarkson? He looks like a quality baller but had fingers burnt plundering Well squads in the past. Quote
OrlandoDon Posted 12 hours ago Report Posted 12 hours ago Rated Congreve yesterday. Welsh u21 international under contract with Swansea until 2028 unfortunately. Young lad who would fit our player trading model. Maybe loan with option to buy if they don’t sell immediately?? Quote
OrlandoDon Posted 12 hours ago Report Posted 12 hours ago Early Xmas request. We did well getting the likes of Rooney McLean Hayes shinnie, to a lesser extent Ferguson, the best of the rest. Maswanhise Longelo Congreve and Watson would be great additions, obviously tough to get but I can hope. Upgrade on gyamfi milanovic palaversa and yengi please! Quote
swaddon Posted 12 hours ago Report Posted 12 hours ago Mo Salah is wanting to leave Liverpool. Worth a look? Quote

Thelin doesn't want to play in a way that suits him, so it would be very frustrating (and unsurprising) if we started doing so after he goes. We need a box to box midfielder. Physical and physically fit. The guy Just isn't as good as Clarkson either. 2 Quote

OrlandoDon Posted 11 hours ago Report Posted 11 hours ago Any best of the rest realistic transfers out there? Agree on a Clarkson replacement, no point in replacing like with like if it’s not the system Thelin will play. At the same time, having a winger or two that can take a defender on the outside is essential if you ask me. what kind of CM is David Watson?? A Ferguson, Rama type?? Quote

OrlandoDon Posted 10 hours ago Report Posted 10 hours ago So aouchiche is 1.5m. Unlikely we’re doing that. Given he’s out of contract, prob 500 for Watson? Obviously there’s competition but I’d really hope we try for this guy. Seems a legit Scottish up and comer and we’ve missed out on those of late, Bowie, mulligan, Cameron for example. Quote
TheDonbytheDee Posted 10 hours ago Report Posted 10 hours ago Was watching Sportscene last night and that Josh Mulligan at Hibs, would have been a great signing for us in the summer from Dundee. Covers a lot of ground and gets about the pitch getting involved. Always rated him at Dundee, and the Dundee boys at work did always tell me he was the better player than Cameron. Watson at Killie has also looked good, but haven't seen him enough to tell if he would fit in with our style. Quote
