RicoS321 Posted August 2 Report Posted August 2 Killie two up on Livi, putting them top of the league. They're going to be difficult to catch now. As an aside, @Panda, what's the deal with the BBC website not managing to get players' first names in the lineups? Is it just what's provided to them by a third party? Can you nae add them manually to the database? Quote

tom_widdows Posted August 2 Report Posted August 2 If we are asking BBC questions why do they insist on putting Champs league/ europa league games second in the Scottish football fixtures list when no scottish teams are playing. Is this some UEFA bullshit along the same lines as banning domestic league games kicking off at the same time as champions league matches even in the scottish 3rd division? Or is there a massive clamour in Scotland to see how Cliftonville and Athlone town are getting on? Quote

Any idea why the BBC comment at the final whistle was "Points dropped on day one", rather than "Points saved on day one"? Unless they were talking about Motherwell Edited August 2 by dons8321 2 Quote

I would generally prefer to give the BBC my business (and do), but the website is a little bit shite at times. Only Scottish results on the Scottish page seems reasonable to ask for. Quote

They don't. See the above explanation to Rico, the fixtures and results are generated by Opta. There's likely been an error because there are two Scottish sides in the women's champions league. It'll be fixed once it's pointed out I imagine. There's always a few teething problems at the start of a competition. 1 Quote

Unless they were talking about Motherwell Because that was the bigger story, and let's not lie to ourselves and pretend otherwise. No-one is talking about what a fine result that is for Motherwell. They're either laughing at Rangers, or the Rangers fans themselves are angry about it. 3 hours ago, dons8321 said: I never thought of that...thanks for your insight.. OrlandoDon Posted August 3 Report Posted August 3 Motherwell left back (I think) looked good in the 8 minutes of highlights, scored their goal. Big, strong, pacy! Quote
Jute Posted August 3 Report Posted August 3 As soon as I turned over went goal crazy and now 2-2. Hibs were 2-0 up on Dundee but Dundee just got one back to save Pressely being booed off at half time. Quote
OxfordDon Posted August 3 Report Posted August 3 Dundee look absolutely shambolic at the back, 0-2 hibs in the first half hour. edit: hibs defence not exactly covering itself in glory either, 1-2... Quote
dons8321 Posted August 3 Report Posted August 3 Septic have just scored...the greeting git with the goal...but it's been disallowed as it hit his tear duct, sorry, arm. Non-news story, Tierney off injured. Quote
