To me it seemed to be more 'fuck thats just horrible' instead of 'that looks like a right laugh' Zach Galifianakis's character also comes across as someone who needs locking up for his and everyone elses safety. The first film the humour came from his ignorance of the real world and the consequences of his actions but now its more sinister.
