Firstly no intention to wind up Rico ( but it is a bonus) by starting this more than forty eight hours ahead of January window closing BUT as a squad we are all over the fucking place and even at this early stage I would imagine we all would have opinions on what need to happen over the summer.

Appreciate that certain things might be addressed in the remaining forty eight odd hours of the winter one BUT given our performance to date, coupled to us being manager less, I wouldn't stake any money on it

Have been out all day and much as we all knew this potential signing was a very strong rumour, now that it is a reality, I am a bit non plussed by it.

However as the signature dries on the contract, the bottom line is, Cadden is a Don and deserves our support.

Not the signing I think we needed but he’s here now so welcome aboard. Will be interesting to see how long Devlin sticks around, which is a shame given how he appears to be one of those that talks to youth and done for the club etc.

Rumour at the game yesterday was Devlin and Mitov are away to Dundee. The Mitov part surprised me, not that he’s leaving but going to Dundee? Guess we’ll see…

I suppose they don't have to move. We have a double header against them next few games too

Mitov to Dundee is a strange one. No clue why he’d leave us for them, esp when I’m not convinced the new keeper is better. I understand him wanting to go to England or abroad, but leaving us for the added competition and excitement of annual relegation battles is odd.

Maybe young family? Not sure. I think he's significantly better than the new goalie.

Too soon to say if you ask me. He's yet to really be tested yet so we can only really judge him on his basics. He is defo more of a sweeper keeper I'll say that.

A sweeper keeper that can't use his left foot? In the time of year where the pitches are like carpet? It's certainly too soon to say, but I think having one foot out is a very serious limitation.

I don’t think he’s expected to be quite as much the sweeper keeper as thelin wanted mitov, plus I don’t think we’ll build out the back and knock it around the back as much as we did under thelin. Having a two footed keeper is great, but not essential, and I don’t think it’s quite such a big deal.

We'll see when the pitch becomes like a tattie field by November. It's not that he's not two footed, but seemingly unwilling to even attempt a kick with his left. I expect opposition managers to pick up on it fairly quickly and we'll see him being closed down from his right side. It'll be interesting to see how he responds.

On the assumption he is wanting a move away, hope he gets a decent one and leaves as a member of a small group, an Aberdeen FC Scottish Cup winning goalkeeper
