Firstly no intention to wind up Rico ( but it is a bonus) by starting this more than forty eight hours ahead of January window closing BUT as a squad we are all over the fucking place and even at this early stage I would imagine we all would have opinions on what need to happen over the summer.

Appreciate that certain things might be addressed in the remaining forty eight odd hours of the winter one BUT given our performance to date, coupled to us being manager less, I wouldn't stake any money on it

Big lad seems quite a character, good redtv interview. Says at one point, I think, that one reason he’s here is that he was the number 2 keeper at his previous club. Sounds like he’s coming to be number one here, never once mentions winning the starting spot over any other keeper. I certainly expect mitov to be moving on soon.

Here's hoping one never fouls the other, the combined event horizon would drag any VAR delay out to infinity.

Robinson confirmed Muller was signed as expecting Mitov to leave.

In Robinson’s pre-match presser on Red TV, he said that Muller’s been recruited because there have been some light rumblings about Mitov being targeted by other clubs. Nothing definite, but he’s made a pre-emptive move in recruiting the Masked Man (worn because he’s had concussion issues in the past). Muller seems to be a good guy from his responses to Mal’s forensic probing questions.

I was particularly pleased to hear that although he hardly kens the area yet, he’s adopted a bit of the culture, “After tomorrow’s match, it is my intention to seek out Davy’s chipper in Boxy. I have heard that their Blutwurst er….blood sausage - I think you say “black pudden”? - is particularly renowned. I am excited at the thought of hamming into one of them”.
