swaddon Posted Sunday at 19:14 Report Posted Sunday at 19:14 The Cathedral of Football hosts its last service of 2025 on Saturday 27th December at 1745 Scotland time. The pikey bastards haven't won at Pittodrie since April 2021 in the Scottish Cup and since August 2014 in the League (though they have spent a lot of seasons in the lower leagues in the intervening years). I fancy us to set Jim Goodwin's team on the path to another relegation by stuffing them 3-1. Quote

First time that has happened this season, so must assume it is near a sell out. Quote
OrlandoDon Posted Monday at 01:29 Report Posted Monday at 01:29 Assuming lobban is suspended. mitov devlin Milne knoester gyamfi Kjarten Bilalovic aouchiche Armstrong karlsson lazetic 2-1 us, lazetic bilalovic, although I fear we’ll be bullied and bombared by a tall and physical team. Quote
TheDonbytheDee Posted Monday at 07:38 Report Posted Monday at 07:38 Looking forward to this one. Love a game against the Jutes. Will Jimmy be bold and start Bilalovic and Kjarten? Gyamfi in for Lobban, will likely be the only change. Need both a win and a big performance in this one, after the let downs of Prague and Parkhead. Quote
CurlsLikeTattie Posted Monday at 09:32 Report Posted Monday at 09:32 My first game of the season as home for Christmas (actually my first game since Christmas 2023 - that's dreadful!!!) Can't wait - despite the form we have been showing. I reckon it will be a cagey 2-1 win, with very little footballing prowess on show, but leaving us with a reason to continue the festive drinking! Devlin and Aouchiche Quote

Festive crowds of recent years have been dropping so just assumed there would be plenty availability.Managed to get a ticket re-sale though In - Y Pre/post - driving Prediction - Unleash that Bilalovic/Kjartansson frustration on the Joot. 4 - 1 Dons, Bilalovic x 3,Armstrong. Ajja Posted Monday at 17:42 Report Posted Monday at 17:42 Looks like they have a fair few injury doubts. Hopefully all the big dirty bastards. Quote
The.Moog Posted Monday at 18:04 Report Posted Monday at 18:04 We know what we’ll get in this game - physicality, long balls, long throws, and general joot hoof ball pish. It works for them though, so can we counter it? Based on experience so far - hmmm… Quote

Think club has said it’s a sell out now? But guess the re-sale platform might change that. Hope to fuck we get a performance from the team, we need something after that woeful display at parkhead. Jute Posted yesterday at 10:25 Report Posted yesterday at 10:25 United allegedly have a few injuries and Luca Stephenson is suspended so not going to be at full strength. Not sure I would be starting Kjartensson and Bilalovic yet and leave them for making an impact off the bench. Full house and late kick off could lead to an interesting atmosphere. In pub in town Y out in town as staying up 2-0 Nisbet and Keskinen Quote
GASC1980 Posted 21 hours ago Report Posted 21 hours ago Looking for a performance and result tomorrow. Still not over that shambles at Parkhead. Staying up also. Could be messy. Quote

manc_don Posted 9 hours ago Report Posted 9 hours ago Would absolutely take 3 points by any means necessary today. Can’t afford to let the Arabs close in on us, likewise we can’t afford to drop points with the run we’ve got coming up. Hope we come out firing (I know). out bed hopefully catch it at home out for a walk with the fam 2-1 dons, Nisbet and Bilalovic Quote
irnbru1903 Posted 8 hours ago Report Posted 8 hours ago A game for JT and the team to put out a statement of intent and show a full house that we have actually got a decent team and the manager does indeed have a long term plan. Or more of the same and we might possibly scrape a win if the other team misses the chances we gift them. I hope for the former but... Quote

I'm actually fairly comfortable with our current position and performances. Thelin has shown a fair bit of pragmatism in the last few months to get us some points on the board. That's exactly what I'd expect a manager to do when he's not got the players to execute his preferred plan. It's not long until January when he can hopefully clear the decks a little and get one or two in that could help. Hopefully we see some intensity and energy at least after our week off. I expect we will. Not sure what to expect from them, they have a few good players. Think we'll win 3-1. Aouchiche and Polvara seem to be the preferred midfield, which is fine. Get Armstrong further forward and hopefully we'll see the best of one of our strikers too. 1 Quote
