  1. 3PM kick off for this one, tough ground where we have mixed results. County had a decent away win at Dundee on the opening day, but i'd hope we'd have enough to unlock them and get a win! I'd like to see us start with the same team as last week, I'm guessing may will make a subs appearance rather than start? In/out: Out Prematch: Packing match: pub Postmatch: pub in all liklihood prediction: 2-1 Dons, GMS and May
  2. Well done AFC and Motherwell
  3. A punt that will hopefully pay off. Very rare we're linked with a player for so long and actually sign him. Can only think of Lee Miller in recent times? I think I'd have preferred moult purely on recent form but potentially a very shrewd move. Welcome aboard!
  4. Twice in a few days again is it not?
  5. If you copy the link in between then it should appear Spitting is out of order anywhere in society, the club should be banned / reprimanded but we shouldn't be progressing. We lost due to our shiteness on the night, nothing else.
  6. Agreed, brilliant initiative from the club
  7. Would be pleased enough with that line up. I'd genuinely like to see if there is a player in Storey (I know you'll disagree Rico). The finish on the weekend was a good one, maybe he's just putting himself in the shop window knowing that he's offski. I like the look of Tansey, seems a tidy player and he's got a good delivery. It was good to see DM counter Canning's comments that the ref missed lots of fouls on his player etc. Properly stood up for his players.
  8. Both green and white shite won 5-0 in their games, jags beat saints 3-0 away from home. Livi and Falkirk currently 1-1
  9. Alright Tom, no need to get your knickers in a twist...there are other mods here too you know 90 89 88 87 86 85 84 83 82 - EdmontonDandy 81 80 - Ten Caat 79 78 - Rico 77 76 75 74 73 72 - Elgindon 71 - manc 70 69 68 - Tom Widdows 67 66 65 64 63 62 61 60 59 58 57 56 55 54 53 52 51 50 49 48 47 46 45 44 43 42 41 40 39 38 37 36 35 34 33 32 31 30 29 28 27 26 25 24 23 22 21 20
  10. A tim mate of mine sent me this, which is absolutely damning, not just on the JC thing as it doesn't really go into that much, but the role of the banks in general. Picks up on your last sentence. I would like to say obviously this is very much tim minded, but I guess the points remain. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RAHBiTxk46E&feature=youtu.be http://www.ianfraser.org/keane-hits-out-at-bos-cover-up-former-treasurer-accused-in-livingston-collapse/ http://www.ianfraser.org/revealed-the-hornet-and-the-sting-which-are-stopping-us-learning-the-truth-about-the-collapse-of-hbos/ There are some dodgy fuckers out there
  11. [soundcloud]https://soundcloud.com/celticresearch/longer-off-the-ball-interview-with-jimmy-calderwood?utm_source=soundcloud&utm_campaign=share&utm_medium=twitter[/soundcloud] More JC shite or is there truth in this
  12. Rooney still injured for this one according to Deek so i'd definitely like to see Storey start. Deserves it after being our only striker to score so far this season. I take it this game isn't on TV at all?
  13. I definitely think that the application could and should have been dealt with better. It just seems a bit amateurish on certain aspects, but some of what the No campaigners have said it pathetic. I'd love to see them get sued by the club for their misuse of the club mascots. anyway, back on track. The club are paying the price for appointing architects that are not up to the job and probably having a weak PM imo. Applications of this ilk should be watertight from the outset, much like ours was for the AFC Wimbledon scheme, especially given that it is essentially on a shit bit of land. We made sure that all the questions, in particular the transport question (which is completely valid) had viable answers to. I'd hope that this would be in hand but it should have been in hand for the application. The council may hold the club to the provision of the shuttle buses as part of any approval, it's certainly what the councils do down here, so i'd presume there was similar powers available to them in Scotland. In the case of AFC Wimbledon, the only real objections came from the members of the dog track who didn't want to see their home of dog racing removed. And still that is in an urban environment. The Nayers do always seem to conveniently forget that there is a new dual carriageway being built...wonder why that is. I genuinely have no idea how the council are going to go on this one. Id love to stay at Pittodrie but I just can't see how it is possible, least of all to the size we require.
  14. Absolutely agree with this, but I think we need to push the boat out on Moult. Fannying about has cost us potential trophies / places before and with both hibs and the huns strengthening it's worth taking that punt. I like the look of Maynard, but he's off pace and you can see why he hasn't scored many goals of late. Probably why it's only a one year deal he's on. Get stockley out as an absolute minimum.
  15. Your generosity knows no bounds Rico Generally fly up to games from London. Especially if it's in Aberdeen, or it'll be a train to Edinburgh or the weeg depending on who we're playing. Generally made a game or two a season. Hadn't been to Pittodrie in years until a couple of years back.
  16. As long as it's after we play them, I'm fine with that
  17. I like it, as TC says, it's a fairer way. Even playing field. Although I guess that was always the benefit of tossing a coin to see who went first. Wasn't a necessary change but I like it.
  18. Was a very tidy finish from him. Hopefully it's just the confidence booster he needed but I can't say DMs comments filled me with confidence. Didnt exactly rule out him going.
  19. Apparently the huns got shot of Waghorn for £1m, i'd imagine we'll soon be seeing Walker go to them. Good bit of business if that's true
  20. Agreed, although I was surprised against Apollon (home tie) that he seemed to have some pace about him. Our defence is the weakest link imo. We have a Rooney up top so wouldn't quite say it's as weak as the back.
  21. UEFA have confirmed that they're going to charge both us and those cypriot cunts for disturbances.
  22. 2-0 in the end, Storey with the absolute winner
  23. Fuck all Hamilton fans too, impressive
  24. 1-0 so far, O'Connor. Sounds like we're commanding the game, well from what I read of live text anyway! Any idea of crowd size?
