  1. Given this was on alba, is it up online already?
  2. Woohoo, finally a striker scores. Strikers: May 4 Rooney 5 Storey 1 Midfielders: Christie 5 Mclean 4 Mackay-Steven 4 Ross 1 Stewart 1 Shinnie 2 Wright 1 Defenders: Arnason 1 Considine 1 Logan 1 O'Connor 1 Reynolds 1 McKenna 1 Own Goals: 1
  3. How're ticket sales for this looking? It'd be great to see another 14k plus attendance. Have a gut feeling may is gonna get his first goal today, I know it's already in my prediction, but I was mightily impressed by him last week. Sure a clear week would have helped the team no end.
  4. Common sense, it's something that so many people, young and old, don't have anymore and it does my head in. Putting others first, lots of people, in London particularly, are selfish fucksake and won't do the decent thing. Eating with your mouth open, you do that and I want to punch you in the face and throw you under the nearest object. Its irrational but I know I'm not alone. Fucking close your mouth you moronic twat. I dont care what is sustaining you, and I sure as hell don't want to hear about it.
  5. Was buc not of that era too? Anyway, can't say I know much about him, way before my time!
  6. jak si? masz? Welcome aboard

    Celeb Deaths

Very sad news regardless. Always had a lot of time for him. Despite his horrific dress sense outside of hus generation game suit.
  8. Couple of places do that, Febo and smullers
  9. He'll go to the huns I suspect and be very successful. Unless we did a swap for Rooney, I can't see why wed be interested.
  10. Spot on, both of you. We should enjoy the management team while we have them. They clearly love the club, and I know words are cheap, but his actions prove that. It's a disgrace and embarrassment that we don't have training facilities and realistically there is no reason why the club couldn't have had a training ground in place before. I view this project as his legacy, he wants to leave something behind that the fans will always remember him for (amongst other things of course). Keep it up deek, still plenty to do on the pitch
  11. Have friends that live there. Very grateful that they and their loved ones are OK, scary stuff. Spanish police seem to be quite quick on it which is good, did the shooter manage to get anyone or was he taken out by police first?
  12. Probably the least surprising thing ever. Surprise they didn't give the huns anything else on top, like a get out of jail free card or something.
  13. What a fucking pussy. Fuck off back to the cave you came from http://reverepress.com/news/look-charlottesville-nazi-leader-cry-fcking-eyes/
  14. would be a very shrewd appointment by them imo. Rate him but would be interesting to see how he copes with a bigger budget.
  15. Keep it clean please guys.
  16. Funny, I was just thinking the same. They're 3-0 up, I wonder if those not bothered about us being knocked out of Europe will say the same when the tims earn another how many million is it?
  17. I only ever worked with local Building Control during my brief stint in Scotland, down here we have approved inspectors to speed the process up (allegedly). Are there not similar systems in place in Scotland? Otherwise you're right, will take forever!
  18. Not sure if this has been posted yet but this is DM's speech from last night. https://www.facebook.com/ryan.grant.948/videos/1586233621408669/?hc_ref=ARS9R4MkbPrOeH6xfqzOBs4h37copwkpZsv7de6VWNtR2fm55Pe3If9zuATa_Fck6GE
  19. I'll never forget that, nor the Queens Park game, but then i'll never forget us randomly beating celtic 4-2 at Pittodrie, qualifying for Europe, 2-2 with Bayern and a few others . Such highs and such lows.
  20. Very sad news indeed, i'm sure even those who didn't like him wouldn't wish this on him. all the best JC.
  21. Good post I think thats the hope we have to have, but what may be good for the yanks isn't whats good for the rest of us. Trump is a walking disaster that scarily has power to really fuck things up on a global scale. The yanks have brought this upon themselves, hard to see without something major such as serious civil unrest (which I think LA Don mentioned) happening, nothing will change. They'll go back to a corporate wankstain after this. American politics is shit, we complain about the state of our politics but the yanks, they really have it bad. There was no option in the last election, both were the wrong one. Just hope it is all posturing and no substance on a global level. On a domestic level, the problem is they have never really moved on from the slave trade era. You're right to point out as education being the key but they've left themselves with such a task I'm not sure how they'd manage. The South still holds the confederate flag as their own along with all the white attitudes that went along with it, without removing that cancerous mentality, it'll continue. As a side note, the amount of weaponry that guy had scared the fuck out of me. Shows how fucked up of a country it is if you can legally own some of that crap. Edit: I'll also say that Trumps recent statements will have given fuel to them, they'll feel that they've been justified in their actions and validated by the administration. That in itself is incredibly dangerous.
  22. How do you know they haven't? I would expect this at the very least as part of the feasibility study put forward to the club. A study like this is quite quick to produce, you don't need to be a mathematician to know we cannot achieve the same capacity on site. People need to get over the fact that they think the club is lying, 12K is probably not far from the truth when you take into consideration current standards. People seem to think because there's a space you can put a seat, no, that's not how it works. There are spatial as well as fire requirements that anyone that has sat in the South stand (not been in the mainer or merkie) would know, we're far from achieving in the current stand which means the rake and aisles need to increase. The height of the stand cannot be increased because of the flats behind, so essentially unless you dig the whole stadium down, you're immediately hindered. By the fact sheet, i meant to explain how they came to those conclusions rather than one liner statements which we've already seen. It would knock all this pish out the park. The club were skint and missed out on the opportunity to buy the land behind the south stand. It's a shit situation but I doubt the club would have been allowed to get an additional bank loan at the time to get it. I don't want to move from Pittodrie, but we missed opportunities in the past and unless we accept we'd go down to a 12K stadium, which personally think would be a massive hinderance on the club, we have to move. It's far from my ideal location, it's a shit one, but I haven't and I don't see many others being offered up, despite the propaganda from 100%AK.
  23. Absolutely, they played a lot of football in a short space of time, despite it being the start of the season. Dundee usually bring a decent crowd do they not? i'd think there should be goals in this one, albeit a slow start given their recent performances. Hopefully Elgin is about right for the crowd too. Out Lake district Wedding - I do love when people choose Lord of the dance as one of their Hymns Wedding 3-0 Dons, May, Christie and GMS Hopefully someone will be able to join you in the chat mbt!
  24. I think he was well liked, certainly from other interviews it appeared that way.
  25. Have to say. I thought his pace was gone but after seeing him against apollon, this sudden surge of pace I knew I'd been wrong. Gets caught out but if he has the right person alongside him he's proven he's a great defender. I'm just not sure if he and O'Connor are a fit, but you can't argue with the league form. If he gets half way near his original form I'd be happy. Hopefully he regains the confidence he quite clearly lost post injury and builds on his performances so far. I know Reynolds played left back regularly for Motherwell and did a few times for us, but he's a better centre half imo. Just harsh on consi.
