  1. Watched that 'How'd You Get So Rich' hosted by Katherine Ryan last night.... I wouldn't say she's a natural beauty but i'd love to stick it in her..... BTW donsdaft... obviously you won't have heard of her and you hate comediennes but just in case you were leaning towards an AYE i thought i'd let you know she's also a Yank.
  2. Took the wife and brats to Nick Nairns restaurant, Native, it's in the Hilton Garden Inn on St Andrews St last night. Every dish was fucking delicious! I think that about covers it.
  3. Well i enjoyed that last night. Started the evening out with the Mrs and kids for a Mothers Day meal (was right fine too) and had the game recorded. Was 21:30 before i started the game but it was really worth the effort to avoid the score. Total opposite from Wed night. We dominated the match from start to finish. Had a goal chopped off after only 7 mins which wasn't as clear cut as the pair of pricks commentating made it sound. We had another 3 really good opportunities where we could've scored before we did, so all in it could easily have been 5-0. As Nips and Rico said further up there were some cracking individual displays, namely Armstrong, Tierney and Robertson. Even the two centre halfs, Mulgrew and Martin looked decent. My view on dumb and dumber in the hotseat hasn't changed but that performance warranted some recognition. Finally getting back to that other pair of wank stains who were commentating.... Ian Cock er and Davie Fucking Provan.... seriously they're enough for you to beat fuck out of your telly while visualising their ugly fooking mugs! Complete and utter toss pots!
  4. Looks like a cross between Adele and Dawn French.... Aye.
  5. Definitely not the most interesting of races but then these temporary street circuits rarely are. Although the Ferrari won i still think it was more a case of the Mercs losing it. Not sure what HAMs issue was with his tyres but his whinging caused his team to drag him in for new tyres which basically fucked his chance of the win due to track position when he came back out. I may be wrong but it seemed like Bottas was told to back off when he got close to the back of HAM.... i really hope this isn't going to be an issue. For once i like one of the drivers in a top team so want to see BOT being allowed to challenge. On to the Chinese in 2 weeks... hoping for better.
  6. Couldn't agree more ED. Love F1 but Hamilton is defo one of the 'villains' in my eyes. I also agree about the Mercs under playing their hand during testing. Obviously no one wants to show too much but i'll be amazed if the Mercs aren't on top. For me the biggest disappointment looks to be that Fernando Alonso will be driving a bag of shite again! The sport is defo not at it's peak when he's not driving a top car, but hey ho. It'll be operation 'avoid all news sources' on Sunday until i can get the time to watch the recording of the race. Vroom vroom.
  7. Good man Buc.... but you're defo on yer own with this one! Watch out for the smell once you pick that scab off her fanny!
  8. Not meaning to laugh at you Nips but i'm loving this post.... started off being the one appealing for calm and after a few lines we have the start of a melt down. That game last night has got to be one of the most dreadful Scotland matches i've ever watched... and by fuck there's been a few! Then to compound it all Strachan tries excusing himself and his players by stating that quite a few of them aren't regular starters for their club.... Give yourself a shake you stupid wee prick! Or at least watch your interviews back and you'll realise just how much of a fud you are! Berra, Wallace, Fletcher, Bannan, Martin nothing short of fucking dreadful! Burke, Snodgrass, Cairney, Mulgrew, McGregor, Naismith and Cairney only just made it to pass marks! Thumb Heid and Rhodes didn't exactly have loads of time to show what they could do. Anya was MOTM for me by a mile and he's a left winger playing at right back, which is fucking ridiculous in it's own right. That game was just a waste of time... if we learned one thing from it it was only that half of them aren't up to it! I want WGS and his snivelling side kick gone but i'd imagine the next muppet dragged in will be equally as fucked in the heid!
  9. Totally agree with this point. In the same vein as McGinn not having to turn it on against Septic, who do the Septic players have to turn it on against? Sevco? And there's 6 of them picked for the squad! In theory our players have to perform to a higher standard than those green and grey minks do. I'm never impressed with anything big Eck has to say these days, it's just rambles from him!
  10. I know i'm not adding anything new here but wtf have we done as a club to WGS to annoying him to the point where he'll call up total unknowns to the first team squad rather than use even one of our players?! The team at the top of the league has 6 players in the squad but the team clear in second can't even get one... makes no sense unless there is an agenda. I'll always support my country and hope they win in whatever competition they take part in but Strachan and McGoo... i wish them nothing but ill will! What a pair of pricks they are! It's absolutely stunning and saddening that they are an important part of our clubs history yet we think of them in this way!
  11. Looks a bit glekit in the first pic but sultry in the second. I'm quite partial to the glekit sultry type so that'll be an AYE!
  12. For what it's worth i thought Kenny had a 'good' game on Sat but not as good as he was last week. On Sat it seemed our flair players like Johnny, Kenny and Niall were struggling to keep the ball under control.... pretty sure the pitch was to blame for that. As someone else said earlier i thought the back 4 were all star men. Shay had a tremendous early goal saving tackle which he obviously followed up with his goal but the other 3 were equally as impressive. If pressured for a MOTM i'd have probably said O'Connor. Kenny was a week late in collecting his champers in my opinion.
  13. Nae really a WYOWYN is it? More a how many times in a row do you reckon you'd manage? Or a HMTIARWYM if you like... That'll be a yes from me then and i reckon i might even manage a third time in a row if she was willing to do some dirty work to make the old boy stand to attention again.
  14. I'd hate to see McLeish back at us a manager! He strikes me as having embraced the weegie mentality and sees himself as being better than us. He just comes across wrong any time i've seen him on the box lately, it's like he's pissed or suffering the heebie jeebies! I noticed Steve McLaren got sacked yet again the other night.... how many times does that guy need to be sacked after a short time in charge for clubs to realise he's just a shit manager?!
  15. Why mention Blantyre? Just a randomly picked place? Reason i ask is because that's where i'm from originally, moved up here at aged 6 but was born in Bellshill and brought up in Blantyre... Anyway, i was going to say at the lest referendum i was 100% for independence, i would still like to see us separated from Westminister but i don't feel nearly as strongly about it as i did 2 years ago. I've started to share the view that a Scottish govt would be much more pro-central belt than i'd like. I suppose the way the arse has fallen out the O&G industry has also dented my confidence in an independent Scotland, i'm just not feeling it this time. But then you go and see videos posted online like this.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0L4pedb3wfg
  16. I'm not looking to get into an argument with you, i just thought McLean was the stand out player on the pitch and although i don't expect everyone to share my opinion i really thought that McLeans performance would have had the majority sharing that view. Obviously you're not in the majority sharing m view. Just one last point... do you not recall the ball McLean sent across the edge of the 6 yarder from the left wing in the first half? Both Rooney and Stockley were on their heels and passed up an exceptional chance which was on a plate for them. Then in the second half he dumped a ball on the edge of the 6 yarder again which Shinnie somehow managed to balloon over the bar. Just saying that he was a provider of some great chances which would have got us a much more comfortable win if they had been taken.
  17. Obviously everyone sees the game their own individual way but i'm certain even Stevie Wonder would have seen McLean at the heart of everything on Saturday, he was a real driving force and his variety of passes was great to watch. Even Michael Stewart on Sportscene highlighted McLeans performance and rightly suggested that he's playing better now than what he was when he was picked for those Scotland squads last season.
  18. Yet another match where we've totally dominated but struggled to score. I realise this is due to how M/well played and it's actually a mark of respect to our team that they were time wasting from the first half and never even tried to win. I thought everybody played well yesterday with the exception of Adam Rooney unfortunately. He took on a left footed shot from outside the box in the first half when he had Stockley to his left and McGinn in an even better position on his right. Apart from that left footed volley he scored at St J a couple of season back, when does Rooney ever score from outside the box, so why make a stupid effing decision like that?! I wasn't pleased at that. I'm probably starting to pick fault with Rooney a lot these days.... he's got no touch and no pace. If he has to play i'd just tell him to run in a straight line from the centre circle to the 6 yard box. It's not going to happen but i'd like to see Storey start with Stockley, we badly need some pace up top. Positives: Kenny McLean was motm by some margin, i'm sure the sponsors are pissed and not watching so when they hear there's been a goal they award it to him. Ryan Jack had a decent second half, i'd still like to see some more positive passes from him rather than the 6 yard sideways passing. O'Connor was solid and was unlucky to be subbed, it was always going to be him though with us chasing the winner.
  19. We've now got wifies scrapping on the Haye / Bellew under card.... in the ring i thought i'd add.
  20. I saw it on Kodi - UK Turk - Sports, there's about 8 links, i tried 2 then ended up just paying the £16.95.
  21. I never watched the Hun game either but i've just seen this taken from the game... https://www.facebook.com/302439376632606/videos/657179264491947/ :cardred: :cardred:
  22. Just wondering what y'all have to snack on whilst getting stuck in aboot the booze. I need to be eating while boozing in the house so i try to keep them semi-healthy. Tonights choice is smokey flavoured almonds and a bag of biltong. I do love home made nachos but jesus christ they're mental for calories... Any healthy tips for snacks while boozing?
  23. Pretty special performance from TBITB at the Manu game today. Here's Jeff's reactions. http://www.skysports.com/football/news/11095/10789569/watch-jeff-stelling-reacts-to-man-utd-v-bournemouth-red-card-controversy?utm_source=Direct&utm_source=t.co&utm_medium=referral
  24. The BBC's Goal of the Tournament from Italia 90 is defo worth watching. What a tournament that was!
  25. IN!!!! First game since Stranraer in the Cup There winna be any drinking on the sabbath! But only because of the hangover i'm intending having. Getting a lift there and back. Hopefully the shake-up in personnel will inspire us to a comfortable 3-0. (i am aware Thistle have hardly conceded during 2017)
