Jimmy's team travel to the Home of the Set Fare Arena in Livingston for a Sunday game at 3 pm.

Livi are bottom of the league and desperate for a win. I don't think they'll get one, but neither will we. I fancy a boring 0-0 draw.

Absolutely impossible to predict. While we aren’t crap for an entire game, I can only think of one game, Dundee at home, where we played reasonably well for most/all game.

i think this is a biggie, although they all seem to be these days. Dundee livi killie st Mirren below us, killie can beat utd, livi beat us, and Dundee play st mirren. Bottom 4-5 could get more compact.

above us, I predict wins for Celtic rangers and hearts, so a win for us brings us closer to the immediate teams in the top half of the league.

First game this season I'm not looking to. I'm just so bored with this team at the moment. I've a dentist appointment on Wednesday I'm looking forward to more than the Dons game that night.

I'll watch if we play this team.

Lobban would usually be my first pick but Id be inclined to not overplay him, especially with the number of games we have coming up in December.

Nisbet generally plays deep anyway so let him do that, Lazetic and Karlsson central, Clarkson pinging passes for fun.

I don't think Gyfami is fit, so surprised if he starts, but who knows.

Would put Nisbet alongside Lazetic and have Karlsson behind them and get him told to cut out the fancy shyte, when a simple pass would suffice.

Karlsson has the skills to bring a bit of magic to a game, but needs to concentrate of the basics to help his team mates more.

Livi might be bottom, but Martindale always has his teams organised and they work hard, playing until the final whistle.

The noise around us will intensify if we get beat in this one, which I don't think we will.

Guaranteed this one is gonna be an absolutely eye bleeding shitfest, which will remind us all of why we want Livi nowhere near this league.

If we’re gonna get a win, and it’s a big if as we always struggle there, its gonna be a repeat of the Killie & St Mirren wins - sneak a goal and backs to the wall for certainly most of the second half at least.

Which for me is absolutely unacceptable against teams like these with a fraction of our budget - but we are where we are.

Hate going to Livingston. Completely soulless place. Pubs are pish and train stations are miles from ground and centre. Add to that my 11 year old is insisting we take her shopping before hand. I really hate going to Livingston. 
 

Really need to be winning this one. As I have said for a few weeks now would really like us to try Lazetic and Nisbet as a two as when they play as lone strikers they look isolated from midfield. Do we go back to 4 at the back for this one?

Next 4 league games are against 4 teams below us. Really need to be taking maximum points to get us up the league.

I've only been to livi once, 1-0 win with a late goal from church I think.  Had a few beers in the bar under the main stand and it wasn't spectacular by any stretch but it wasn't awful either. I actually quite liked the ground itself.  For a lego stadium you're nice and tight on the pitch and there's no gaps.  The pitch is god awful though. 

 

Not feeling great about this one 2bh.  Livi will keep it tight and their Yenghi is actually handy. We need to score first I think.

Feels like it has 0-0 written all over it but I hope to fuck there were some seriously stern words after thursdays performance. Think the most frustrating thing about this team is there are moments when we can score goals like we did on Thursday, but it’s our inability to do any of this with any level of relative consistency. Their form at home isn’t great but our form in general is pretty honking. At least the defence seems to be the area of least concern.

Meadowbank was much better. A Proper Mannies’ brutalist, pre-Glasnost Budapest, Iron Curtain reinforced concrete gem. A great boozer nearby too. Unfortunately, the Maroons lost 3-1 to Edinburgh City in the Scottish Cup. Boo.

Sadly that Meadowbank stadium has gone and been replaced by a horrible plastic pitch with a bus shelter.

This situation really is quite bizarre when I think about it.   We haven't lost in over a month, our last league game we beat the league leaders yet no-one is overly confident about going to the bottom of the table team and getting a win.

Interesting. We played a 4-3-3 for part of the game on Thursday, so wouldn't be surprised to see it again. However, in my opinion it needs to be 4-2-3-1.

Of course, it's probably going to be a back three, with Shinnie at wing back.
