  1. Josh Parker has signed on loan until January 2016.
  2. Stevie May on a permanent deal would be a huge statement of intent from us. Back to Josh Parker, quite a few sites list this lad a a midfielder, just wondering if the EE got his position wrong??
  3. After talk of signing a Striker like Stevie May I cant help but feel like a deflated balloon lol.
  4. All the best to Jamie. Been a great club servant but this is probably the right move for him just now.
  5. I would say it could be a safe bet. Hopefully it may become clearer this week.
  6. True. At the same time though, and I must stress I dont know Logan personally lol, if his performances are a little off because his mind is elsewhere due to personal issues then is it best to let him leave now if there is an offer or the chance of of one or keep him for the season where he may not be able to give 100% every week?? Obviously I am just discussing a possible scenario, I could be completely wrong and he may slot back into the same form that he had last season.
  7. A Striker and a real solid Central Midfielder for me is a must.
  8. Gutted to be out and it a tough pill to swallow but we will dust ourselves off and get on with domestic business. I thought we practically dominated the game last night. Their goal in my opinion should not have stood, I thought there was a foul throw and then a freekick to us leading up to it but maybe I am wrong. I certainly wont point fingers to individuals in the team of this one. Could Ward have parried the ball out?? Maybe but I personally thought he did well to get his fingers to the first strike on goal. Can you blame Taylor, well possibly but at the same time he made some great challenges last night as well and was getting stuck in to them when McInnes switched him to play upfront. One thing I though let us down was our final ball into the box. Whether it was a cross or from a deadball situation our final ball was shocking, something that definitely needs worked on.
  9. I would certainly give Vigurs a short term deal to see how he got on for sure.
  10. Would be sad to see him go but I would rather it be for some cash now rather than for free at the end of the season. Good player but he has looked a little off so far this season which is understandable considering he has just welcomed a new baby and his family still live down in the Manchester area.
  11. My season ticket is in the Merkland so thats why im there lol. No its not a bad view. Up until this season we were sat in the last row at the back directly behinf the goals which was fine. This season though we have moved around to the corner closer to the main stand and the view is definitely a lot better from slightly side on
  12. In / out: In Pre matcher: Home Match: Section Merkland Post matcher: Home Prediction: 2-0 The Dons
  13. I would love to see us make the group stages of the Europa and I genuinely believe we can do it. Domestically I would love to see make a Cup Final, in terms of the League I think European Qualification is once again the more realistic aim but I see no reason why we cant push Celtic all the way for top spot. I would also love to see add more strength to the squad, a Strike and a solid Central Midfielder is what I would personally like to see us add.
  14. If we have any cash available to go an buy a player then I would personally rather see it going on someone else. I am not saying Allan isnt a decent player but I think if we were to pay over £200k for him then we have paid too much. He is in the last year of his contract and has had one good season in the second tier of Scottish Football. If the money was right than I think he would be a good addition to the squad but I think this will all just be rumours on he will eventually sign for SEVCO.
  15. Not sure if it was the fact Reynolds wasn't in the back line or just the fact that McInnes may finally got the players used to playing the 3 at the back that he has tried previously. After the first 10 Minutes or so against Rijeka we seemed to get a grip at the back and were than fairly solid throughout. Danny Ward I think has helped, comes for a ball and is very vocal.
  16. The result is not the worst in the world but I do feel we could have come away with the win. I thought we played well in the first half, we never really gave them a chance to anything. Second half our foot just seemed to keep slipping more and more off the gas and we allowed them more time and space to come at us. Shinnie although he played well is a wasted talent in midfield, I think McInnes is trying far too hard to please everyone and he needs to bite the bullet and get Shinnie in at left back. I know Considine put a shift in last season but Shinnie is a class above him. I really think we need to bring in a powerhouse of a Central Midfielder, the Jack and Flood combo for me just doesn't work, I would rather see Robson in for Flood if I am honest. Ward seemed to do ok, seems a lot of Dons fans are pointing the finger at him for the goal but I think that may be a tad harsh, his defense were sitting very deep and their player did really well to loop that header in the net. Overall it wasn't our best day at the office and we need to turn it up a gear next week at Pittodrie, something we are more than capapble of doing #COYR
  17. Goodwillie had a good start to last season but after he signed the new deal he really started to drop off. I would like to think he will start the season all guns blazing again but I am not sure. Shankland will see more first team action this season but I dont think he is ready to start week in week out.
  18. Yeah I think we will at least see another 2 players added in this window. Hopefully a deadline day loan for Stevie May
  19. Seems he impressed with the 45 mins he played yesterday. Not sure how much we can really judge him on that though. I still think that even with Rodgers now on loan at Falkirk either Brown or Langfield may still leave before the transfer window shuts.
  20. The Evening Express are reporting that we are on the verge of signing Goalkeeper Danny Ward on loan from Liverpool.
  21. Fantastic news. I think it is safe to assume there may have been approach considering the news of Mark Warburton taking over at Rangers came just a day or so after this.
  22. I am quite happy with Quinn signing, McInnes must have really wanted him at the club if he intervened while still away on holiday #COYR
  23. P&J are now reporting that the Quinn deal is back on after McInnes talked with the player personally.
  24. Seems it true, he has pulled out of his medical and pulled back his registration papers.
  25. He has signed for Leeds today.
