  1. I think I remember in the days when I had RedTV it was a compatability issue with firefox and WMP. Could be wrong but Im sure I always had to use IE because of it.
  2. too true It is good to see him come back from what was a horrific injury though!
  3. This just clearly raises the whole issue of us not having adequate or professional training facilities. AFC take note! You need to look after your investments
  4. Completely agree! I hope he's not out for too long, we need him and it is now imperative that Seve signs a new deal! Might he use this as a bargaining tool with the club to get more money ?!?! Or am i just be cynical?
  5. Indeed, I tried to be as positive as I could about this news. The second bit is what I was alluding to though couldn't state it as fact as I haven't been to many games this season. Just the ones I have been to/seen, I don't recall him having any positive impact at all. A one year deal is still a fantastic deal for him. Since no-one else wanted him before he came to us, i'm not surprised he will do nothing but sign it and he knows it.
  6. When was his last decent game? Granted he's not been as shit as I feared since he came back but we should have got someone of a better calibre than him in in the transfer window. He's been poor all season and I don't buy this "he's a good squad player pish" anymore. I thought he was ok last season, but he's been poor all season so far.
  7. Oh yes I would. Sounds like its just as well all my Channel 4 channels are fucked at the moment!
  8. Seems like its rubbing off into the rest of the squad totally agree though, this week is HUGE for our season. I just hope they don't bottle it
  9. I agree, how did he play on Saturday? The commentator mentioned that he'd forgotten he was playing towards the end of the second half.
  10. Completely agree, but as long as we do it, otherwise its just a standardly AFC mountain to climb!
  11. Just watched the highlights, what a finish from Mackie! Maguire was very unlucky as well, and followed it up with a great pass that (despite being offside) Wright should have finished, but hopefully that will come with match fitness. What the hell Mulgrew was doing for the second goal I will never know, have they never heard play to the whistle?!? It certainly sounded like it, Bugle was on full blast! Shame it didn't pay off.
  12. I was thinking the same thing! Good read nonetheless.
  13. From the radio, it certainly sounded like we started to attack or even get a mention on the radio after Wright came on. I wouldn't be surprised by his lack of confidence since he's been out for months. Hopefully it'll grow in weeks to come and we'll see if we have a player or not.
  14. Sounds like we're getting raped for sitting back

    Sna

Surely its "I like it, like "
  16. It gets better and better! I do like some of the cheesy moments and i've seen 1 and 2 and have downloaded 3. Seems to be pretty good/funny already. Stick with it!
  17. It did It was the league cup but yeah, you do get the feeling we will cock it up in true Aberdeen styli...I'm hoping not though ! :fingerscrossedsmilie:
  18. To be fair though, I think it was just not going to work out for him up at Aberdeen for one reason or another. Our record with injuries is quite rubbish and i'm not surprised he has stayed reasonably injury free and scored a few goals! Its good to see JC using some commonsense withregards to Smith's contract. As we've said before, he really needs to be on a pay as you play contract because its not even bordering ridiculous anymore, its plain silly.
  19. Great draw and I just hope they maintain their professionalism through over the East Fife tie! Need to get that one out of the way and then we'll see where we're going. Slightly concerned as it would appear to be the best kind of draw we could have asked for. I just hope that the team realise that nothing comes easy this time!
  20. I think Langfield is a great keeper for us. I'm certainly not worried about havinghim between the sticks like I was pre "Mallorca-gate". He's upped his game and certainly doesn't appear to take his position for granted. As TF said, I've seen far worse kicking in the SPL this season, I actually think its slightly improved over the years
  21. Agree with the last two posts. I think its a shame he hasn't been allowed to go out on loan and actually make the strikers position his own. He doesn't really get that much chance as a striker but he needs to bulk up and as RDU said, needs to lose this attitude that he's made it. A few big bastards knocking seven shades out of him would do him and his haircut the world of good (sorry Aberdeen_Ladette ) He's not progressed at all and I think that this would have been either the making of him or a reality check for JC that he isn't good enough.
