So he would have been worth 400million, now his company is worth 310million as projects have materialised or born any fruit yet. This will probably change once the economy picks up in a year or so time. He'll be feeling the heat just now, but he will know that it will not last forever. Just not had any buyers for his sites/houses etc.... Hope that clears it up for you
