  1. I think it's great to see AVB being a success elsewhere in England. Show them Chelsea fucks what they missed oot on if they have backed the manager instead of the players! Just get the feeling that it's a case of right club, right manager at the right time with Spurs and AVB.
  2. Aye time for Broon to go IMHO. Once again, AFC fans are being made a mockery off because once again, we're calling for a manager to go. This game has gotten very boring very quickly. If we were still in the mix for a top six/4th/5th place, I would have advocated Broon to stay for another year but the atrocious form from before Christmas has made my mind up. Ok, it's still possible, after all there's still only two points between us and 6th place Hibs! However, I have completely lost faith that AFC will get their arses into gear. Absolutely zero form, terrible football, many of our players seem to have forgotten how to play football, dwindling crowds, pumped oot of two cups, once again bright prospects choosing to jump ship at the earliest opportunity and an all too familiar, apathetic feel to AFC. However, there's again a lack of outstanding candidates. Just like when we replaced Calderwood with McGhee. Just like when we replaced McGhee with Broon. Can the board not think outside the box? Who gives a flying fuck if he has knowledge of Scottish football? It's hardly La Liga or the Bundesliga! It doesn't matter whether you have a knowledge of Scottish football or not, that doesn't make a good manager. I don't buy into the idea of Derek Adams, he's done well with County but IMO, a lot of it is the right man at the right club. He's got a well run, small club punching above it's weight but that certainly doesn't gurantee you success at another club. We would be appointing Adams on the back of one very good season at County.
  3. I'm working anyway but have thorougly lost any interest I had this season.

Aye, I saw Flight the other week. Cracking film and you need to watch it to actually realise it's got very little to do with the actual crash and more so, alcoholism and drug abuse.
  5. Get Clangers to fuck. He isn't good enough and hasn't been for years. The highlights failed to show that half of his kicks were flying along the ground. Yes the pitch is a disgrace but that can't be used as an excuse for our terrible home form that has been with us all season.
  6. Agreed. A season that promised so much is finished by the start of February and is looking like an increasingly hard struggle to make it into the top 6. Neil Simpson's wife is a MILF.
  7. I was there yesterday only because I got a free ticket. The first half was pish, the second half was slightly better. Fucking 4-5-1 at home against St Mirren! I can see the theory behind 4-3-3 blah blah blah but fuck me, it's 4-5-1. Just play 4-4-2 and keep it simple. It's not difficult. With Osbourne, Rae and Hughes in the middle, there's hardly an abundance of players capable of creating something to help McGinn. If you're going to do that, you'd be better playing Smith in the hole. McGinn was anonymous due to the chronic lack of service. He huffed and puffed all day long with very little success. Reynolds red card looked a lot o shite, don't think it was deliberate hand ball whatsoever. Change it about. When Magennis came on, Broon got pelters. We were drawing 0-0 at home and he takes off a left back for a goalkeeper come striker come right back to come on at left back. Fucking nonsense. I was sitting at the game and I got increasingly pissed off with Hayes. He's got all the pace in the world but what's the point if he doesn't do the other things well? Too often, he picks the wrong option, he loses the ball or he doesn't get the ball into the box.
  8. Reynolds confirmed on a four and a half year deal.
  9. Since I can't seem to quote, I fully agree with Jute's statement.
  10. Really hopeful we can get 3 points the night. Line up - 01 Langfield 03 Robertson 22 Reynolds 23 Shaughnessy 05 Rae 10 McGinn 16 Osbourne 18 Hughes 09 Vernon 14 Fallon 21 Magennis
  11. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

    Seen Django last Wed.
  13. Finished El Clasico by Richard Fitzpatrick. Pretty interesting and gives you a stronger understanding of why they hate each other so much! Just started this - http://i.ebayimg.com/t/Alex-Ferguson-A-Light-in-the-North-Seven-Years-with-Aberdeen-SIGNED-1st-1st-/00/s/NzI4WDUxNg==/$(KGrHqF,!iUE7F1g)dRuBOy-6Fjwe!~~60_35.JPG I'd never heard of it before!
  14. Stevie Paterson and Ian McCall spring to mind.
  15. I would agree with Broon there. Things are stable, which is no bad thing after the shambles he took over. He always said that it would take him four or five transfer windows to get the team sorted and I think we're finally being able to see that. Give him another years contract and let's see where we're at. If we've not kicked on and progressed from this season then depart ways amicably.
  16. I have heard rumours that Shinnie is close to signing. Would be an excellent signing IMO. Certainly he has been making the right sounds lately.
  17. Southampton a stick on to be relegated now.
  18. Hey ho. I think it's the wrong move for him at the wrong time. I'll wait and see whether I'm proved wrong, doubtful though.
  19. Adkins sacked from Southampton. Baffling IMO.
  20. Can we do a DT Administration game?
  21. Hay! These puns are offal!
  22. Sick Dons fans in shouting and waving hands exclusive!
  23. Obscurity awaits for Ryan I fear. Okay, their a League 1 club which shows his ambition. They might get promoted but I really doubt he will get much of a game at Championship level at this stage of his career. I'll certainly not be booing him as I've never realised what that actually achieves.
