  1. Pure and simple, end of. Its not like we can afford to turn down amyone's money
  2. Thought we were looking to put him out on loan Bit bizzare surely if he is going in for an operation.
  3. Just seen highlights and probably for the first time this season the word highlight is actually justified. Guess I should just fuck off for a long weekend more often if thats what happens. One swallow doesn't make a summer, but credit where credit is due, certainly looked like we turned them over big time.
  4. Youth of today Guess you had to live it Turning eighteen, travelling to every away game, winning the league, and a great song. One day you might experience the feeling
  5. But did you listen to it
  6. Thirty years on and still one of my favourite tracks of ALL time. Do yourself a favour, click on the youtube link and listen to this. Absolutely pisses all over todays music. Still remember as if it was only yesterday seeing them performing this live How the fuck was this not a hit in the UK http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HrbAGIAZ6bY&feature=related
  7. The Very Best of Steely Dan Going to follow it up with listening to Donald Fagen's first sole album, the brilliant Nightfly The Nightfly is the first solo album by Steely Dan co-founder Donald Fagen, released in 1982. It was one of the first fully digital recordings of popular music. Although The Nightfly includes a number of production staff and musicians who had played on Steely Dan records, it is notably Fagen's first release without longtime collaborator Walter Becker. Unlike the majority of Fagen's work before this point, The Nightfly is almost blatantly autobiographical. Many of the songs relate to the cautiously optimistic mood of his suburban childhood in the late 1950s and early 1960s, and include such lyrical topics as late night jazz deejays, bomb shelters, and tropical vacations. The Nightfly was certified Platinum in both the US and UK, and produced two popular hits with "I.G.Y. (What a Beautiful World)" and "New Frontier". It also received several 1983 Grammy Award nominations. This relatively low-key but long-lived popularity led the Wall Street Journal in 2007 to dub the album, "one of pop music's sneakiest masterpieces."

Takes me back to my youth, my mother (god rest her soul ) loved liver and served it up to us regularily, which was alright for abody aprt from me, as I fucking hated it. Scarred me for life, can't even stand sitting aside someone eating it nowadays
  19. And agree with your comments.......lets be quite honest he has never exactly been renowned for his free flowing attacking teams......actually his time at Motherwell was probably as close to that as he ever got.
  20. Bollocks....complete and utter bollocks Regardless of the job, if you're headhunted for it, surely from day one you require to give everything you've got to prove you were the right man for the job, rather than only once you've underperformed and come under pressure.
  21. I simply can't believe that the bastards are turning this around on us.....the fans are the ones that have kept this club going for 108 years. When are they going to wake up and smell the coffee. Football is an entertainment business no different to any other. Put simply if people are not going to be entertained they ain't going to bother going. Does Wiggy take Mrs Wiggy and the bairns to the pictures to see a shite film or to the theatre to see something he thinks won't entertain them ? The product on the park simply isn't worth paying the entrance money of over £20, never mind the additional costs associated with a day out at the football. Fear of failure is stiffling us, and ultimately leading to exactly the end result they are trying to aovid. I'd rather we played each game with a game plan set out to entertain and try to win, not trying to avoid defeat. If we are going down, and it could well be a real possibility this season, I'd rather we at least had a go even if it means losing games 3-2 or 4-2. I sense other may feel the same way as me, so come on to fuck, grow a set and have a fucking go at entertaining. Still as fucked off as I was about 10pm on Tuesday night........a.ctaully change that, this sort of shite and blame culture aimed at the support is making me even angrier than I was then. Thank fuck I'm back playing golf. Even a shite round beats paying to watch that bunch of useless cunts Yours a truely fucked off fan of over forty years
  22. Fuck sake guys Have you never heard of Fred and Ginger Thread closed.
