Lol, I disagree. We had a settled team last week and there have been a few moments craziness already. All this to accommodate him. Im not knocking consi, I just dont think its worth weakening the team by punting mccardle to the right.

anyone know where hughes played when he came on? i've always heard him referred to as a defensive central mid until recently folk said he's left sided.

We didn't really seem to get out of 1st gear at any point.

I didn't think the game was that bad. Dunfermline had a few chances to score at the start, but we were comfortable for the rest of the match. We controlled the pace of the game and kept possession well. 

 

The match sponsors had clearly been tannin the booze in hospitality though as there was no way Clark was MOTM. He did put in a shift but a lot of our attacks broke down when the ball went to him. 

 

Was impressed with Consi, Jack and Vernon. 

 

Hughes looked decent when he came on. Seemed to be playing a more advanced midfield role though, rather than defensive. 

Clark was surprisingly good. Deserved MOTM tbh be honest.

Pretty much my thoughts. Clark has played well the last few games actually.

 

Dunfermline are utter shite though, especially when you consider that Kerr was one of their better players.

A game that was terrible from us but we have so many out at the moment the balance of team looks poor although it looks poor thanks to the lack of wingers and full backs in the team. Got away with it today thanks to our defence who really look solid in the middle. Reynolds looks really good while i've been impressed with Considine at the back as well. Dunfermline are a poor side but deserved a point today.

 

Now on to Queen of the South and hopefully we play better than that or it will a nervous time for us.
