Agree on this, although I thought Jack got shown up in those games last season too. Expect big performances from both and I fully expect them to deliver. McGinn has started the season brilliantly, whereas last season a lot of people questioned his commitment even before playing the dhims.

Hope Wales make it against Israel, granted their last game is against Andorra so qualification is pretty much a formality but it would be nice to see them do it with time to spare. Unbelievable that holland lost. They were awful. A team of very good individuals just cannot perform as a team. That being said, you cannot take the credit away from Iceland. They had said at the start of the qualifiers that this was going to be a golden generation of Icelandic football and given their current form, looks like their predictions were correct. Given where we are, and I know other people have had a massive help in making it happen, but we are in a healthy place right now so I will give him the benefit of the doubt.
