  1. In other news, who knew they had such an expansive vocabulary. They do love a statement
  2. Still no news?!?
  3. Aye. Or that
  4. In fairness. I'm more having a go at the RBC. Bringing this shit up again, again and again. It's seriously boring. I couldn't give two flying fucks about Durrant.
  5. EE are reporting that the Ness move is off. Presumably because a fee would be involved.
  6. From the Sun...
  7. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/37226686 Waaahhhhhh What an absolute cretin. Can't 2016 take him too? Would've thought The huns are in the big leagues. Honestly, the real victim here is simmy, having to live this shite. We're not even playing them.
  8. Finally decided to give the games highlights a watch today. The defending was absolutely horrific and actually reminded me of something Alan Shearer of all people said on MOTD on the weekend. Problem when you have 5 at the back (although for griffiths goal is was 6 and all flat) people end up having no-one to mark and get confused. That is precisely what happened there. Fuck me, get the basics right at least to give yourself a fighting chance. DM sold the team up the river. Good finish from Rooney, scored from absolutely nothing.
  9. Zero fucks are given about the Scotland squad. Just filler until the real shit kicks off again against Caley
  10. Well, they fit the bill a) play for Caley / Dundee United (delete as appropriate)
  11. Ha ha, I wasn't saying any of it is credible Haven't looked at the chat in a while, will do so over lunch, I fancy a laugh
  12. Latest rumours according to twitter... Hope to fuck the first one isn't true. As well as the above, same guy is tweeting about Tansey signing up.
  13. Game against the Tims has been moved to 12PM Sat 29th October
  14. In fairness to him, i don't think we ever got this far with previous proposals??? But I agree with your scepticism. Until I see foundations being dug and concrete poured I'll believe nothing.
  15. Jamie Ness Seems to have played plenty of football since leaving Stoke.
  16. La famiglia is on the list, but we've not actually been in and around London much this year. Yeah i've been tot eh punch bowl good pub, though I've never eaten there. Same could be said the Lady Ottoline, although that might be a bit out of your way. Lambs Conduit Street, around the corner from there has lots of bars, restaurants and cafes. The Lamb is a decent boozer. If you're going to the RA, I would recommend those places i've mentioned in the previous post. Also, Princi's is an italian cafe, awesome selection of cakes and good coffee! Quite often filled with Italians so must be a good sign. Will ask my sister about Brixton as the places I go to probably aren't the places you'll be looking for. The only pubs I remember are the Craft Beer Co, Duke of Edinburgh (nice beer garden if the weather is decent) and Dogstar.
  17. This is precisely what I have been feeling and said in another thread. It's so glaringly obvious which makes it all the more frustrating. I'm not calling for spending millions here, some shrewd signings here and there that have been as clear as daylight would make all the differnece. This is precisely how the Arsenal fans I know have been feeling for god knows how long. The basics are clearly there but those final pieces to make the whole thing work are left before it's too late or ignored completely. DM / those dealing with transfers seriously need to get their finger out and fast.
  18. Not having a go at Rooney here as it is an isolated quote but that is a silly thing to say. Regardless of whether it was a 10-1 or 2-1 game, it was a loss. That is the long and short of it. Rooney obviously did his job on the weekend, shame others couldn't or weren't allowed to.
  19. Depending where you are in London, but say if you're in and around the Hyde Park area, i'd check out New Quebec street. Excellent bar restaurant called the Grazing Goat (also has a sister place near Victoria called the Orange, also very good). There is also a cracking Basque restaurant on the same street called Donostia. Not cheap, but still, excellent food and brilliant wine list. For Japanese, around Covent Garden there is Sticks and Sushi, always had excellent service and food there. Further up the price range is Roku which is one of the top 10 restaurants in London at the moment. We went the other day (with a voucher) but the sashimi was some of the best i've had in a long time. If you let me know roughly where you think you'll mainly be based I can provide a few more! If you're after a curry, Dishoom is very good. There are a few of them located around London (7 dials, Kings X and Shoreditch).
  20. Will reply in detail tomorrow, Rocket. You looking for bars or restaurants?
  21. By the sounds of it, McInnes needs to have a look at himself, his tactics and team selection. I don't care who weve played at the moment, we shouldn't be calling ourselves title contenders.
  22. I'd agree with that, we need to start playing Storey more. Hope it's a decent watch for you Jute! Lord knows we're due a result down at tattie dome.

  24. Regardless, well done to Tom English, too many of the scottish "journalists" turn a complete blind eye if not revel in such behaviour.
