  1. We're away to Ayr United
  2. Noticed this earlier today (from the retard so forgive me):
  3. They were looking to play a closed door friendly but not sure if it happened. In fairness we didn't hear about the hearts game until a few days later.
  4. http://airtelfootball.ug/uganda-cranes-aucho-plays-second-trial-match-for-aberdeen/
  5. So that's now county and killie out of the league cup. The latter lost 5-3 to albion rovers on penalties and we're booed off the park. Whereas caley beat arbroath 7-0 to qualify for the next round.
  6. Had a gut feeling McInnes will do exactly that myself. I was tempted to even suggest it for our away leg but that might be a bit too risky. At least I really hope we're thinking to do that or we're going to get rinsed through the middle all season.
  7. Decent wee article in the Scotsman:
  8. Seems like a lot of Twitter agrees with you
  9. Completely agree. Is that not the pairing he tried out in a friendly? You raise a good point and something that I think TC, Chimp and ED discussed at one time. McLean and Jacko just don't seem to work, which is incredibly frustrating as they are both brilliant players on their day. Jack in recent weeks has shown the form he showed at the start of last season. I was thoroughly impressed with him last night and Tosh was absolutely right to slate the fans for having a go after he misplaced ONE pass in something like the 87th min... Don't get me wrong, I've criticized him over the past 6 months and I don't think he should be captain, but on his day, he is an outstanding player. Back on topic: Ayrshire don, I think you're being a big harsh on him. He definitely had one of his better games last night (not a high benchmark, granted).
  10. Can't really disagree with either of the posts. I didn't want to say it during the game because I thought it would jinx it but he fucked up anyway. Genuinely was surprised by his performance last night. We clearly need another centre half price we're going to end up in this position more often than not. Which is a shame as I thought we played really well last night and the team didn't deserve that. I was actually surprised maribor didn't try to exploit him more often. New centre half please DM, has o'connor played anymore games during the friendlies in that position?
  11. Agreed about Taylor. 1-1 isn't the end of the world and I think we can take them.
  12. Really need to make those chances count. Played well in the first half I thought
  13. Looks like a 4-4-2! :ultras:
  14. Game is live on RedTV for ALL subscribers (including UK)
  15. Keep it up Jonny, more of the same tonight please!
  16. RDL, Mainer and South stand (covered) all sold out
  17. Oot Work Flat Flat 2-1 dons, Rooney and Taylor. Sounds like there should be a good crowd for it tonight, would love a copenhagen-esque performance!
  18. Well my hibbie mate retorted that they've been celtic'd
  19. Kane hemmings has left Dundee to join Oxford United. Great timing ahead of the main domestic season
  20. That say no to Kingsford group really are a bunch of fuds. Deleting comments they disagree with their agenda.
  21. Not the worst result in the world BigAl! One of my timmy mates said the ref had a gollum like performance.
  22. They just hit the woodwork too
  23. Would be amazed if we got anywhere near £18 million in the current climate.
  24. I see Brechin City beat St. Johnstones on penalties and Peterhead beat Dundee
