  1. I'm pretty sure GMS has 5 now. 1 in Europe, 1 at easter road and the hat trick.
  2. Quite the opposite. Jess was on the huns' books as a schoolboy but came back north.
  3. I read somewhere that the huns had been told it'd take £1.5M before they'd be allowed to talk to him, so they're likely taking time to craft an obnoxious and entitled statement about not being held to ransom, in order to try and mask the fact that they don't have any money.
  4. I don't think the club should move to kingsford, so be sure and allocate those accordingly.

  6. Over the 7 constituencies making up the NE of Scotland, 134413 people voted Tory, as compared to 181578 people who voted for other parties/candidates.
  7. Ooft. Shocking omission. Duly rectified.
  8. Carrying on from the Red Star thread I felt this was worthy of its own topic, if for no other reason than to distract from the ever maddening speculation over who we might/should/won't sign. Who is the hunnest hun of all? The one player or manager who, above all others, really got you thinking 'I'd fucking love it if we beat the huns,' There is a long list of potential candidates so I've listed a few choice examples, but please add any others I might have missed. For me, Souness edges it from John Brown, just for his sheer pantomime villain qualities.
  9. Graeme Souness for me. The 'prince of darkness', and ultimate pantomime villain when I was fledgling Don.
  10. Would that have made it worse?
  11. Fair enough. I get that the average punter might not know exactly where the boundaries of their property are. I'd expect that it should be fairly standard that it would at very least ring a bell with a councillor that a project bordering their property may involve a conflict of interest, and it should be checked out before any approvals go ahead. As for him having no part in the decision, the P&J version of the story seems to suggest something quite different. https://www.pressandjournal.co.uk/fp/news/aberdeen/1229641/pay-200000-fix-council-bosss-boundary-wall/
  12. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-north-east-orkney-shetland-39717220 How is it possible that a council member would have to consult with a solicitor in order to find out whether they owned a piece of land that was subject to council funding? Is it really possible that there's an innocent explanation for any of this? Maybe someone more knowledgeable about council proceeding can shed some light, because I surely can't think of one. Thoughts?
  13. Ooft! http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/scotland/39500209
  14. Motherwell now got a goal difference 6 worse than anyone else in the league. I'd absolutely piss myself if they got relegated on goal difference.
  15. In fairness to McFadden he's just doing what McGhee should have been doing in his interview, and making the story about something other than his teams terrible performance.
  16. Haha. Total shite. If Barry McKay is worth £6M, then Johnny Hayes is worth at least £8M.
  17. Yaaaaaaas! Welcome (back) all. This is much better.
  18. Be prepared for electronic toilets, with many many buttons and no helpful hints as to which one is 'flush'.
  19. For what it's worth, Richard Lochhead is definitely a dandy. I've spotted him in the crowd several times.
  20. Thanks. That sort of thing would be game over for a politician here, but I think rocket touched on an important point when he said that analysts weren't picking up on it. It'll only harm him if the media pick up on it and press the point.
  21. I would probably vote for Jill Stein if I had a vote. Given she's only polling around 5%, it'd do fuck all good, though. You're right about 'both' candidates being fucking cretins. Any systems that offers those as the only viable options is truly fucked.
