Can't see it. They specifically state that the intention is to continue to live within our means and although we'll have greater means to live within we also have other things that require funding such as training facilities (I hope). It's great that in theory we'll be able put money towards training facilities instead of servicing debts but I don't think the playing budget will increase. Even just a little to allow for a left back and a proper goalkeeper.
-
So who's taken on our debt? Or has this Willie Donald guy paid it off all in exchange for part ownership of the club? Forgive me for being skeptical but when something seems too good to be true it usually is!

The closest to these guys there are left:

Really gutted about how it panned out like everyone else. Going into the final 20 minutes I did say there'd be another goal. I didn't think it'd stay 1-1. When Brown finally got his jotters I dared to hope that it'd be us but us managing to lose the game was reminiscent of the Aberdeen that I was finally hoping we'd seen the back of since Deek came in. Should we not have had a penalty in the first few minutes as well? Haven't managed to put myself through the highlights yet. Not that I think it'll be shown in the highlights.
-
You're not quite right there, Tom. Although not a million miles away. That is Stardust. Brother and tag team partner of the aforementioned Goldust.
-
Brown must start the next game. He did well and it was a luxury to see such half decent kicking.
-
Not working out for Mario. I think he'll be a different player when he's paired with Sturridge. Just how often that'll happen only Rodgers knows. Liverpool still utterly hopeless defensively. The 1st goal was class but I saw it coming so why couldn't the LFC defence? The other 2 goals were a shambles. It's a pity because Liverpool started fairly brightly. Coutinho was so unlucky with his strike just before half time. Rodgers' signings need to start producing the goods. I like Rodgers and he's lost Suarez and Sturridge but their current form is not good enough.

In Work then possibly BK South Stand Home 2-0 Goodwillie

I don't think it's fair to blame over-zealous moderation or administration for DT being quiet. The thing that I like about DT Talk is that you can more or less say anything. Ok, some folk may disagree with you and call you a name but you won't get banned for it. I know you've been banned a couple of times before and in all honesty I can't remember the particular reasons. It used to be the case that if someone got banned it was discussed by admins/mods first before anything was done. And the majority had to be in agreement before someone was punted. The only folk I can remember getting bans were Stoney, Minijc and of course Rocket. All 3 are now welcome to post here again. The reason it's quiet? I'd say the reason that it's quiet is because it's too quiet. Sounds odd, doesn't it. But The likes of FJ and Dave_Min post more on AFC Chat (I guess) because there's a lot more going on. the more regular members that we can retain the more likely we are to get new regulars. Then again if you believe what's posted on the Hat the main reason for this place being quiet is because on two occasions the forum crashed and a lot of posts and members were lost each time. If folk weren't put off after the 1st crash they definitely were by the 2nd one. It's a shame but it may take Hat doing the same thing for us to poach back some regular posters. No one said you can't criticize Calderwood? Or Langfield? You can say what you like (within reason). As long as you're prepared for folk to disagree (as is their right) although you'll get nothing but agreement from me regarding Calderwood and Clangers. Fucking hopeless. Your debate with Dandy_Don has nothing to do with the fact that he's an admin (founded the forum in fact) but merely down to your differing viewpoints on the Yes/No campaigns. It's strange because essentially you both agree. Didn't D_D say he'd have votes yes if he'd been here?
-
I can only assume that he was referring to the corruption that you were speaking about. Although I don't think you can call it a conspiracy theory when we've seen evidence time and time again that these elitist leaders are in it for themselves, for their pockets and for their rich friends' pockets.

Anyone know why AFC have done this brilliant, brilliant thing?
-
Bit early to be on the spirits Andrew, surely?
-
This. Reynolds should be in the team ahead of fucking Hanley anyway.
-
Really underwhelming performance and tbh be honest we were lucky that we got all 3 points. Apparently Strachan said we were "brilliant". SOunds like sarcasm to me. We were awful.

I'm worried that he won't come back. Shocking that we're still so reliant on a 35 year old. And we don't sign decent back up keepers for 2 reasons. 1) No decent, self respecting keeper is willing to come to us to be Langfield's understudy. and 2) They're certainly not going to be willing to do it for the peanuts that we'd be offering.

The numbers were there. The evidence was there. We fucked it up. It's that simple. Allow me to talk about the "embarrassing fear campaign from both sides" for a minute. Let's compare it to cheating football teams. The Yes campaign are on the level of Legia Warsaw who fielded a suspended player for 3 minutes 3 games after his 3 game suspension kicked in when they were 4-1 up. And the No campaign are on the level of Rangers Football Club (deceased) for their decades of blatant cheating, lying and living outwith their means. My point is the fear campaign from No and Yes aren't really comparable. No based their entire campaign of making spastics shit themselves because they knew the numbers would encourage a Yes vote. Doesn't matter now. At least 55% of us voted no so we can help line Westminster pockets. Fucking clowns. "Vote No for better, faster, safer change" Fucking LOL. Arseholes. : :

Until folk stop believing (or reading/watching) newspapers and BBC News we will be victims of the propaganda machine.

Nice to see a few members returning recently.

Going back to Holland in a few weeks to visit some family. Hadn't been for about 12 years and now I'll have been back twice in a few months.

Boob rating out of 5? 1 being a sly hint of side boob to 5 being multiple sightings leaving nothing to the imagination.

How did Clangers not get himself behind that 47 yard strike? Fucking baffling. Baffling how he's still untouchable in our goal. Thank fuck we managed to outscore them. Delighted to see Goodwillie scoring the winner after getting abuse.
-
How so? That period of time I spent away from Pittodrie. It was only when Pele got appointed that I made my return so I missed Stavrum's bit of the story.

Annoys me that she gets the attention that she craves so easily.
