    Hope the pricks get hammered.
  2. Rooney knocked the ball past the keeper, saw the ball was running away from him slightly and hit the deck. Fat Dowd too much of a pussy to book him for diving. Disgraceful.
  3. I didn't watch the game so can't comment on anything else. Wouldn't surprise me though. I know Man Utd have only lost once in 18 or 19 games but yet Van Gaal is still seemingly under a wee bit of pressure. As illustrated by Sam Allardyce of all people burning him with some mind games.
  4. Just waiting for the pouring of outrage from you all following Rooney's embarrassing dive to secure Man Utd's win last night. Clearly zero contact. Literally none but down he went. Everyone's been defending him too which is even more of an embarrassment. Let's keep everyone on a level playing field, eh.
  5. Fit's the best place to purchased USD? And by best I mean the place that will give you the best rate without taking your money and running. The last couple of times I've used Debenhams because they had the best rate but it looks like their rate is terrible now. Way below 1.5.
  6. What was Teale saying? He embarrasses himself every time he opens his mouth.
  7. 3-0 but should have been 6. Stonewaller (arguably two as he wrestled Rooney down twice) and 2 goals disallowed that should have stood. 3 if you include Considine's header which was possibly correctly chalked off. Horrible refereeing.
  8. Always going to happen after we did it. But they're not going to sell out (or get anywhere near to doing so) so they're cutting off their nose to spite their face.

I have my broadband, phone line, phone calls and TV all through Sky. I'd be lying if I said I remember the individual costs but my monthly cost at the moment is £70-£80 and that's with £12-£15 off my Sports. I don't have the movie channels. Not sure how much that saves. I think £20-£30 of that is for the phone line, phone calls and fibre optic so that's around £50 just for the TV! Once my contract is up it's all getting binned. Although I do like the service. I watch the Sport a lot and I love being able to download TV shows directly via the box. It's easy and they don't have adverts. The internet is fast and I've never had issues with it. It's just that Sky is really not a likeable company. Anyone use Virgin? That Branson guy is a lot less offensive on the surface at least.

Agree completely. I also have enjoyed watching the EPL for many years but the numbers these days are just obscene. Add to that the "product" this season has been the poorest it's been in a long fucking time. Even the "good" teams have been brutal to watch. Man City have been shite. Chelsea have been parking the bus despite having a team brimming with quality attacking players. Van Gaal is still finding his feet at Man Utd (and Big Sam's destroying him with mind games ffs sake!) and Arsenal have been dull for years too. It's fucking bad news when Liverpool of all teams are playing hands down the best football (as a spectacle) in the league. Mourinho's "anti-football" is boring to watch but I can't be overly critical of it as it seems to be effective. He won the CL League with Inter playing the same way. As Benitez did with Liverpool arguably.
  11. Villa have been fucking dreadful for years. Last season Benteke carried them a bit. He's not managing to do that this season. His injury layoff won't have helped him.

I'll be cancelling mine after getting 8 months half price. Looks like I timed that well.
  13. And by the way... 4-0 is an adequate scoreline if you ask me.
  14. We were more clinical. I was very pleased for Goodwillie and Pawlett getting on the score sheet. Their good play doesn't always reap the rewards that it probably deserves. Rooney is deadly. You can't spill the ball with him on the loose! Didn't see Logan's goal from the best of angles but it looked like the keeper should've done better with it also? Not that I'm complaining. If you don't buy a ticket you won't win the raffle. IMO my opinion a few of you are getting a wee bit carried away with young Cammy Smith's performance. I wasn't surprised to see him get hooked because I got the impression that he's not quite ready to be a 1st 11 pick. Not physically strong enough. Good player, don't get my wrong but I don't think he was great on Saturday. Another big game on Sunday. Let's do it again!
  15. McLean.
  16. Oh Jesus. Not this again.
  17. I phoned Sky the other day and told them I wanted to bin Sky Sports. But apparently because I've got a deal with broadband linked with my Sky Sports I'd only save £15 a month if I went ahead. The boy ended up giving me £15 off for the next 8 months and I get to keep Sky Sports. Nae bad. Phone Sky and plead skint if you want to save some money. I keep telling myself I'm going to bin it entirely once my contract is up.
  18. See ya.
  19. Did he not say that he doesn't want to even discuss a new deal until the end of the season?
  20. Yas. That is all.
  21. I've seen their winner and I don't know where this offside is coming from? Daniels plays him onside.
  22. 18 months from now I think. £300k? That's our biggest transfer since, dare I say it, Robbie Winters? Steve Lovell was £250k was he not?
  23. As much Reynolds fault. General lack of communication.
  24. I'm hoping that Jack will sign on and that MacLean is a replacement for Robson who's clearly done. Fingers crossed we keep Jack anyway.
