  1. Tough game, can see Smith coming back to haunt us. I always rated him and he's doing really well there. Still fancy us though, sneak it 2-1 Stewart and Rooney
  2. We could get docherty of Hamilton for 500k you would think
  3. In fairness for a blatant attempt to unsettle the boy Adkins quotes are fairly respectful. Hull are a big enough team to turn his head a wee bit, Premier League team last season after all. I'm obviously biased but looking at it as objectively as possible you would think McKenna would at least want to see the season out at AFC. Adkins has a reasonable record and would probably give him a chance in the team too but he could be gone by the summer if he doesn't turn hull around. He's only on an 18 month deal and they are in a bit of a mess. You wouldn't begrudge him wanting to at least quadruple his wage though and there will be more attention from down south in the summer if he finishes the season strongly given the complete dearth of cb's at the moment. Probably not to hull though.
  4. The reign of the current incumbant has been a soap oprah so why not.....
  5. No, we don't need him
  6. We can't afford christie, tims will want a mill plus for him. I think we should be looking to see if birmingham will release Stewart for a reasonable sum instead. He's started to look really good recently and I think he will be a big player for us post split.
  7. Cosgrove just asked Liam McLeod on off the ball if Maynard to St J was a thing. LM said no comment but postulated he might actually get a chance to score at St J
  8. Feel no shame Bobby, you owe us nothing...
  9. Best xmas present I've had this year!
  10. Return of the mac! Delighted
  11. Interesting appointment, I've never really seen Pulis at a club where he will be expected to try and win a title/get promoted. Wonder if the tribute act actually ever spoke to him.

    Films

The last jedi is distinctly fucking average at best and a total mess in places. To describe this the best star wars film ever is utterly ridiculous. Seriously, you think this is better than empire? Jesus wept.
  13. Gms keeps up recent form combined with the return of mcginniesta? That's an exciting prospect.
  14. SN comes across as a thoroughly nice bloke. At Everton he gave his complimentary tickets to homeless people as they would never normally be able to go. As a player I'm not sure we would need him but I could see him doing well for most Scottish teams. Could see him going back to Killie to be honest.
  15. tims 2 down at Tynecastle, deservedly as well by the sounds of it. Feel dirty for cheering a lafferty goal but i did have him down as anytime scorer.
  16. That wee flick from GMS to may in the build up to his 3rd was exquisite.
  17. Fair enough but can I ask why? Wright won the scottish cup with fucking ST J for goodness sake. I really don't get why so many don't like him.
  18. He's done alright so far but not sure he is ready for the step up. He's defo got promise though. Personal preference would be Wright. I know a lot of people disagree and I really don't care, I think he is a very canny manager who would do well with us. My second choice would be Archibald fwiw and I think he should be added to the poll.
  19. He's a good manager. Very interesting apointment this, I could see him doing very well at Everton.
  20. Well that was fucking awful
  21. some hun cunt on hun media basically admitting it's not the same club.
  22. Wright is their best option by a mile. Affordable, willing, knows the League and Club and would probably win a lot of matches. Only thing that might put him off is the Nothern Ireland job. The huns being done to a manager when they REALLY need one by the Red hand of Ulster has a glorious irony dontcha think? It would be hilarious.
  23. There's quite a few, most of them involving Jess. That goal at Mordor, keepie ups in the semi against them in 95 (attended), the free kick against utd at Tannadice in the utterly bonkers 5-3 win (attended and was in perfect line with said free kick), his goal against Torino,...... In fact my overall answer is Eoin Jess.
  24. The tribute act are just as much of a basket case of a club as Sunderland. I am far more concerned about WBA. No guarantee they would offer it to him but he would defo take it if he was and who could blame him.
