  1. In my time the two best I have witnessed are probably jess and stavrum, those two would complement each other really well

I've been paying increasing attention to Craig Murray the past wee while, very switched on guy. 2 things about that article I would like to know buwlt we never will. I would love to know how much gsk made from the NHS by bribing other companies not to produce their out of patent drugs and also how much they paid in bribes altogether. 37.6 mill is a hefty fine to most eyes but they could have made billions extra from the nhs and given no-one ever went to jail from it it reeks of slap on the wrist.
  3. Sportsound have said a few times that the sfa have said the competition will be completed. Last I've heard on it.
  4. He had the instinct alright but as manc says not the best service. I'll always remember him fondly though for that hattrick at Tannadice. Best signing mcghee made.

I'm imagining Cummings going all weekend at bernies with bojo now...
  6. I'm quite happy with the twelve team league to be honest. Only thing I would change would be the play offs. Semi finals with 4th playing second bottom and 3rd v 2nd.

Government handling of this has been appalling rocket. Only thinking about business, indeed I'm sure they would be delighted if a whole bunch of high cost pensioners were soon not on their books anymore.
  8. There's literally no answer to this that isn't shit.
  9. He's in a tricky spot now Al, no question of it and I thought he looked a bit broken by it all yesterday both on the touchline and the post match presser. If they get papped out by Leverkusen their season is over and he will have a very hard task in trying to get performances out of players who are going to be thinking about the beach. Add to that a very unforgiving home crowd that have a right to be pissed off given the investment made by the club and the next few months could be very tough for slippy. It must have at least crossed his mind by this point that the enormity of the task ahead of him might not be worth the effort in terms to the risk to his reputation and what his best possible exit strategy might be if so. On that score he's fucked though as there's only two ways out. If he quits he looks like he's bottled it, end of. The only way the board would be moved to fire him (new 4 year deal an all) would be because the team has completely collapsed in the final few months of the season. I honestly don't have a clue if he will be in charge for the start of next season but I reckon there's plenty popcorn moments to come from the tribute act yet.
  10. Depressingly good result for them tonight. Hun cunts.
  11. Id quite like to see Main and Anderson given a go 2bh. I think they would compliment each other quite well
  12. I'm very interested to see how we line up today. It's not had much of a mention but Hernandes didn't even make the bench on Wednesday. I appreciate he has just come off his close season and will take time to get up to speed but for an 800k outlay not making the squad at all isn't a very good look.
  13. Congrats and good luck Manc
  14. I think we have a 30-35% chance of taking something on Sunday. No idea what defence we will go with but regardless we suit playing against teams that attack us.
  15. A welcome change of strategy, performance and result. Credit to maine who showed he does have his merits and deserved his motm. The big question though is has mcinnes stumbled on the squads best formation as the back 3 looked great albeit against Hamilton? Just as intreaguing a question is do we go with a back 3 against celtic on Sunday?
  16. Wind has completely fucked the second half. Plenty of endeavour from both sides it's has to be said.
  17. If memory serves Patterson signed Heikkenen.
  18. Basically Cormack has looked at the celtic model and thought "why can't we do that on a contextually smaller scale?". It does make sense too as I guess when you think about it the biggest selling point about playing in Scotland for a foreign player is the potential access to English football. As for Hernandez the fee for him seems to have been about 800k...... I'm sure we were all quite shocked by that. Its biggest outlay since the 90's and no-one saw it coming. I would love to know more about the deal, I'm sure Atlanta will defo have a finders fee percentage clause but who knows if they are contributing to the transfer fee or wages. Cormack seems canny and is used to working with yanks so there's a good chance this will be a deal that isn't shafting us. Ultimately I think we would all like to know the full ins and outs of this transfer because whatever else you want to speculate about I think it's pretty unarguable that this represents a HUGE change in transfer strategy. High risk? Well, riskier certainly but I'm not convinced of that. I don't think cormack or the board would be so reckless as to go high risk with the clubs finances. No, I think this is just some very welcome healthy ambition from the club and long may that continue.
  19. Daal ended up doing quite well at County if memory serves. I never felt de visscher was given much of a chance by Calderplank 2bh. I quite liked the look of him.
  20. Had a wee look on tribute act media. There were quite a few Gerrard get to fuck posts.
  21. Kennedy reminds me of Hayes a wee bit.
  22. Logan looked a little shaky first 30 mins I thought but then had great second half. Taylor did well too, he has defo come back a better player. Take that all day long, the huns will be gutted to dropping even more points and especially to us at home. Cunts.
  23. That was my very first thought Manc. Its a very interesting, and exciting, but of business. It seems from his highlight reel at the copa America he can defo cross a ball and didn't look slow either. If no no 10 comes in I would guess Mcinnes is going for broke with a crosses into the box strategy. Regardless though, the club and manager should be commended for making such a bold bit of business. I would also add this signing likely wouldn't have happened without cormack park you would think.
  24. We can but hope see bass.
  25. Proven championship striker vs proven premiership striker. No, I would have Cosgrove over shankland though I think shankland has improved massively.
