Ah this is my era MBT. Used to love coming into town when I was young and going to The Rubber Shop. Towards the back of the shop and up the stairs if I mind right was where I bought my Subutteo, Scaletrix and model planes. Halcyon care free days indeed in the late 60's early 70's. Heading out George St from the city centre, there was two shops next door to one another with separate entrances and another one across the road, close to Grand Central cinema, the one where they used to show the porn films or so I have been told Obviously as has already been highlighted there was also a Robert Rae shop in Marischal Street.
