  1. Loads here already. Our hotel is full of them In a pub full of Dons supporters. Fairly quiet just now but reckon it will liven up shortly
  2. Mildly tropical here on Helsinki. Temperature warmer here than it was when we got to Edinburgh Airport at 7am this morning. Taps aff lads
  3. FFS, that's shite min Will your travel insurance cover the cost ?
  4. Not so sure about nice and cold but certainly cold. Helsinki SLO tweeting that forecast temperature during the game taking into account wind chill factor could be as low as -17 I don't like the cold, it's not good at my age, God knows what possessed me to book this trip. Might have been blinkered by the fact that the Saturday morning the fixtures were confirmed I was lying on a sun lounger on a Greek beach with the temp in the 30's. We need to play as strong a team as we can. Pride is at stake and also 500,000 euros for a victory, so not to be sniffed at. Our performances in Europe have been pretty respectable to date, lets keep it going and get what we deserve this time out. In Pre match activities Away end Post match activities 0-1 Miovski
  5. At least only one of them was in injury time
  6. Good post TLG, although initially thought it was going to be some sort of sixtieth anniversary tribute to the famous Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons track. Totally agree the number of games is absolutely fucking mental. Apart from the impact upon the players, it is ridiculous to expect supporters to attend eleven games in thirty three days at what can be a particularly costly time of year for many folk
  7. Have said it before and will.say it again. VAR will see me give up on football. Sick to the back teeth of this farce.
  8. Out - Six hour round trip ahead of Finland trip and shite kick off time Walking the dog on the beach TV Absolutely no idea 5-1 us, causing "Fact" Boyd to suffer a brain aneurysm live on TV. Scorers - Ruby, Bojan 2, Shinnie and the rarely seen Sokler
  9. Can't believe no one at all took a little nibble at that Piss poor attempt at fishing from me
  10. Hope we took the ticket money up front from Frankfurt otherwise we are hit in the pocket Seriously though that is pretty shit, German fans always travel in numbers and create a good atmosphere. I kind of feel that this game is going to be pretty shit, one club already qualified, the other already out and with a cup final three days after. Throw the lack of away support into the mix and you have all the ingredients for an absolute snore fest.
  11. Probably, thank fuck we've moved on from the days when his name used to get thrown into the mix with us.
  12. What a truly uninspiring appointment if that comes to pass.
  13. Get him in a taxi and down the A96.
  14. And that is just fundamentally wrong in my opinion Over ten years in role as Chief Executive of SPFL he should regularly be sat down in front of the cameras for Q&A sessions. It appears that the man is untouchable and a law unto himself.
  15. Previous games excluding those again Huns or Tims supposedly
  16. Linked with Fenerbahce ALLEGEDLY.
  17. 100% this. On a separate matter how fucking thick is your average hun. Literally swarming all over Twitter with tales of how they've bought tickets for our end. Don't doubt that they probably were online last night trying to snarl up the length of queue but they didn't succeed in buying tickets as they patently have overlooked the fact that they would have to have an ID number and purchasing history to do so.

If it wasn't next door MBT, it was certainly very close to it Also beside RR's was a record shop where as well as buying vinyl I also used to pick up my Memorex (Is it live or is it Memorex ) or BASF C60 or C90 blank cassettes which were predominantly used for taping the top forty when the new charts were announced on Radio One @ 5pm on Sundays. Think the shop was a branch of Chalmers & Joy

Ah this is my era MBT. Used to love coming into town when I was young and going to The Rubber Shop. Towards the back of the shop and up the stairs if I mind right was where I bought my Subutteo, Scaletrix and model planes. Halcyon care free days indeed in the late 60's early 70's. Once I was a teenager it was more about going to Robert Rae's for Doc Martins, Levis/Wranglers, Harrington Jackets, Denim Jackets etc. There were actually four Robert Rae shop as I mind it. Heading out George St from the city centre, there was two shops next door to one another with separate entrances and another one across the road, close to Grand Central cinema, the one where they used to show the porn films or so I have been told Obviously as has already been highlighted there was also a Robert Rae shop in Marischal Street.
