That was aderdeen plods policy back when i was a student. If you had anything you werent supposed to and the cops were in the vicinity all u had to do was give it to any lady in your group as there were never any police women.
The cops can also be 'selective'. Recall queuing up at the rds and for some reason cops were searching everyone. I got to the front and they just waved me through. Id just come from uni and hadnt really been thinking too clearly but when i got to my seat i went to get my phone out of my rucksack and clocked the following
2 stanley knives
2 scalpels with pack of spare blades
my swiss army knife
fairly sharp steel ruler
can of fairly toxic spray glue
hammer
screwdriver
We are shadwell!
Well that was dull although I did enjoy the red card for Simon Murray.
If only he had just gone down like a normal person rather than impersonating Tom Daley he would have probably got the Penalty instead of his 2nd Yellow.
Cannot stand players like him.
Hamilton seemingly given the Arabs more than 3000 tickets for the second leg so it is guaranteed the 'home' home support will be a Tayside one.
Based on what i saw though I wouldn't be surprised to see either of these teams finishing bottom of the premier next season
A must larger Scottish council recently wrote to me to request a 1month extension to determine whether or not a new wall mounted AC Unit can be put on the back of a small convenience store.
They could have just refused the application but this extension request is giving our client a bit of hope.
I would apply the same thought to the Stadium. Council could have just said 'NO CHANCE' but instead have asked for more time and more information suggesting to me they actually in favour.
But what do I know
Seems they found an ex IRA Killer to interview.
I think I can see how the Journalists mindset worked there ' Manchester.....bomb.....oh wait the last time that happened it was the IRA. That's tomorrow's political article sorted.'
The next article apparently went on to claim the Tories are the best thing and everyone should be grateful to have the chance to vote for them next month.
One of the downsides of the Bosman system (player wise) happens.
Then its a case of seeing if your loyalty to your current (or one of your past Clubs) holds any sway.
Not an expert on the finances of football but I am intrigued at the 'promise' by Mr King that all season ticket money will go on buying players.
Nothing like signing off one of your main revenue streams before the season is finished and once again dodging the 'where is that £35million your promised' question
11 million in the hands of Caixinha will be interesting. Shall we take bets on which ageing English premiership players are looking for a final payoff?
After the dire Championship playoff efforts of Reading, Huddersfield, Fulham & Sheffield Wednesday the League 2 teams are putting on a real show
Exeter 3-2 Carlisle (6-5 Aggregate) - 4 goals in the last 10minutes
Luton 3-3 Blackpool (5-6 Aggregate)
EdinburghDon Bows out.
All going down to the wire. Who is going to be the glory hunter banking on a win at Firhill?

In terms of yon tic fans the bit tgat summed them up for me was in the 92nd minute when they refused to give the ball back. The cynic in me says this may have been partly down to Logan being the player who was going to take the throw in.
I really did enjoy logan chucking the ball off the back of griffiths head too
