10 pints once a week is decent binge. Your liver won't like it much but with 6 alcohol free days in between it will recover and last you a lifetime. 10 pints every day is alcoholism. Your liver never gets the chance to recover and after a few months long term damage ensues which is permanent. Keep it up and the liver fails. You start turning yellow and alcoholic encephalopathy ensues......a type of self inflicted dementia. George Best had 2 liver transplantation. Before the first you are warned that zero alcohol post op is the only way to prevent damage to the transplanted organ ( whacking great doses of anti rejection drugs are required which in turn cause other problems and always reduce life expectancy anyway to between 10-15 years max). He fucked the new liver with alcohol, amazingly was given a second transplant and fucked it too. Anyway keep your chin up MBT. As others have said, look forward to your posts and I'm certain you have the self determination to beat this.

I think the loan was the correct thing to do. Loads of fans clamoured for him to get thrown in and he did get a fair number of games before the break, yet apart from one excellent showing against St Boo in the league cup he failed to shine and looked underwhelming to say the least. The jury is out, he will be a regular at Dundee and if he does well his confidence will be sky high when he returns. I just feel his physical slightness will mean he won't make it with us long term. Bottom end Premier to mid table Championship is where I think his level is at.

Hilarious fuck up by the Hearts 'keeper in the last minute of injury time to gift Motherwell a 2-1 win. If you haven't seen it I recommend wearing some incontinence pants when you see it on Sportsmen's as you will pish yourselves If Celtic can dispose of Killie later amazingly our draw yesterday will have caused no real damage

That's a decent call as Dumfries is pretty much equidistant from both clubs. Suspect they will go for Fir Park in the end though. Still fairly accessible for Connahs Quay being on the M74

Dreadful result. Chance was there to make up ground on Sevco but allowing the bottom club to take the lead not just once but twice was totally criminal. Still cannot fathom what was in Cosgrove's head when he gave away the penalty, scoring the equaliser barely made up for it. Stewart started well for us when he arrived but we have had to change our style of play and it really isn't working. Still haven't won at home in the league this year and now we are about to go on a run of away games. Sadly it does indeed look like Hoban has played his last for us......possibly his last ever if it indeed as serious as we think. Even if he does manage to come back yet again.....what club is going to take a chance on him given his horrendous history? On to McDiarmid next week. Under normal circumstances a point there wouldn't be the worst result in the world but after today nothing less than 3 points will suffice. Off to sevco media to try to resolve my bad mood by enjoying their meltdown which must be in full flow by now

Hoban stretchered off in tears....left knee gone again. If it's the cruciate again that's his season over
-
Bad penalty given away by Cosgrove total brainfart. Iffy 10 minutes following it but now one way traffic once Ferguson equalised. McGinn should have put us in front a couple of minutes later but missed when scoring was easier. Need to make dominance count

Derek Ferguson confirms on Radio Scotland that Lewis will be signing the new contract sometime in the coming week. Says everyone at the club have been brilliant with him and is loving life in Aberdeen. Excellent news
-
That's precisely what landed him in bother in the first place.....

Id've said he was about 15 yards away with a clear view of McGregors intent but obstructed view of his studs crashing into Ferguson's shin. He had a snap decision to make and It's my belief he bottled it. He had already awarded us a penalty and was not of a mind to award a second one.....especially as he would have had no choice in red carding McGregor in doing so. Had this been our first penalty incident I think he would have done his duty. I think VAR should be implemented. However I think I'm correct in saying it will be refs who become the reviewers ( possibly replacing the 4th official). I have no confidence that refs with sevconian or Timothy leanings won't still find some way of denying decisions in the face of what would seem like incontrovertible video evidence.

Even if Logan wasn't injured If still be advocating taking him out as a starter for 2 or 3 games anyway. His form has been sketchy at best and Hoban has been excellent since coming in. I agree with Rico that Hoban didn't look anything special at left back and it might be that the same applies at right back but we need to find out and one game wouldn't be enough to form an opinion. I do hope we try to get Hoban in permanently in the summer but suspect he will prove to be out of our financial range salary wise. Our best hope is that clubs in England look at his injury record and decide he is too much of a risk. It's also noticeable that Ball is getting no game time in recent weeks. The Stewart signing has allowed Ferguson to play deeper. However I do hope that DM is more thoughtful in his use of Ferguson for the rest of this season. By all accounts he was poor throughout December and it seemed everyone could see he was badly in need of a rest except our management team. He has been ok since the break but no more. Gleeson or Ball are competent replacements and need to be utilised in our "easier" games to give the loon a break.

Will probably have good knowledge of players in the lower English leagues, especially those north of the Midlands and Hibs will be expecting to get a few in fairly cheaply. I'll predict here and now he will last 18 months tops.
-
Hoban is naturally right footed
-
The 2 who really need dropping are Logan and GMS, although I think I've come to the realisation that May and Stewart are a combination that doesn't work and right now there is only going to be one winner for the starting position and it isn't SuperTramp. Agree Hoban must stay in the side, probably at Logan's expense but I wouldn't be concerned if Devlin stayed on the bench And perhaps got the last 30 to continue easing him back gently. St Mirren really are tripe and a 3 goal win is the very least we should be aiming for. 5-0 ( Cosgrove X2, McGinn, Stewart, Lowe)

McGregor is the nastiest cunt bar none in the Scottish game. Was utterly detested by the Hun hordes when oldco went tits up and he refused to TUPE over to newco ( therein lies the proof of them being a different club). Now all seems to have been forgotten in their "Going for 1" quest. I hope he breaks a leg on his return. Better still, his neck...

There was a wifie in the Commons at lunchtime who asked Theresa a question at PMQ's. Essentially it was some women's team had won their tie at the weekend in the Wifie FA Cup. They have reached the same round as the men have but the women have secured their club £2k whereas the men's teams have earned £150k in prize money. She wants Theresa to try to get parity 8n prize money for the women's game They've got equal prize money in the tennis Grand Slams. I find this wrong as the men play over 5 sets but the difference in quality is such that the top women's players could maybe give a man ranked 5000 ( if that exists) a decent game. However I remember a few years back I think it was Arsenal ladies who had just won the league played a friendly against an U14 boys side....not a particularly good one at that. The boys were 4-0 up at half time and the game was stopped about 15 minutes early with the boys 6-0 up. So I hope the FA tell Theresa where to ram her letter if she does follow this crackpot idea through...

A) He certainly did tell me that B) I can believe it. I was born 6 months after that victory. People of my generation therefore were either very young or still to be born. Those that were adults either lived (possibly fought in) through the second world war or were born during or just after. Scots fought alongside English, Welsh and Irish against a common for and the sense of togetherness would still be felt in the mid sixties in a UK still really recovering from the ravages of a war that only ended 21 years previous. It's kind of shown by the result of the referendum in 2014. The over 65s who lived through or were born just after the war were overwhelmingly No voters. The UK has been good for them since and they'll never change their mindset.

Can't say Im too bothered about it. You don't have to have played the game to a high level to be able to give an opinion on those that do.....most commentators on matches are journalists not ex players. It isn't going to change anytime soon.....political correctness has ensured that there will be quotas to ensure equality throughout. Just be thankful we haven't seen Julian Clary or Alan Carr ( whose father was a pro footballer) give their thoughts on who should be Hibs' new manager or the McGregor citing.....

Only remember him towards the end of his career, never struck me as being anything special. His protege at Leicester was Shilton who turned out to be phenomenal. As an aside, my old man told me that Scotland were 100% behind England in '66 but that the non stop mentioning their win ( achieved by never leaving Wembley throughout the competition) at every available opportunity was what turned out support's stomachs and led to the ABE mindset by the mid 70s

Live on telly for sure so probably not a sell out but I cannot see Plod Scotland agreeing to such a plan. A double line of stewards or rozzers ain't going to stop a riled up set of fans going for the opposition fans when the inevitable missiles start flying. There would be a riot....

Was brought up radio Clyde phone in. There's an exceptional circumstances get out clause in the rules where if TV evidence ( eg shows a different angle from the view the ref had where if the ref had that view, the seriousness of the offence would have led to him issuing a red rather than yellow).
-
Not entitled to get....they are are entitled to request that amount but will be subject to the geography of the ground ( segregation capability) and to police agreement. They will get the usual away section therefore not a hope in hell of them getting anywhere near 20%....

Had a quick peek on Sevco Meedja to see their reaction. Cunts are expecting a 4000 ticket allocation. They're gonna be sadly disappointed. All are discounting the possibility that Killie could still pap them out in the replay. Arrogant Neanderthals every one of them EDIT......one roaster has convinced them that they're going to get a full end Only end they're gonna get is the end of their cup run
-
Would rather have faced them in the final whoever it is. If sevco prevail, I think they could beat either us or Celtic but not both of us in the same cup competition. Home tie though so really can't complain. Celtic at Hibs is a great draw though not sure Hivs new manager will be quite as adventurous against them as old popcorn teeth. Big winners in the draw are hearts who get the weakest side left yet again and are guaranteed 3 of us sevco Killie Hibs and Celtic won't be in the semis

Caley just scored now 1-2
