RicoS321 Posted 3 hours ago Report Posted 3 hours ago Pish from Mitov. Although it's like we've been told never, ever to leather it away. It's always a very dangerous pass, but it wasn't an easy pass either, and definitely not one he should be attempting. Sit in for the second. Keep the damage down. Quote
Panda Posted 3 hours ago Report Posted 3 hours ago Once again, five at the back is doing nothing for us, because we just pass it in a horizontal line, they press us, and we have no-where to go. If you actually get at Celtic they don't look that great at the back, we were playing this pathetic passing out from the back, knocking it along our back line, and losing the ball before it gets close to the halfway line. And now with 10 men. Quote
OxfordDon Posted 3 hours ago Report Posted 3 hours ago Celtic might as well not come out for the second half, we'll still beat ourselves 3-0. Quote
THFN1983 Posted 3 hours ago Report Posted 3 hours ago Thanks for the Scottish Cup heroics Mitov but GTF!!!!! Flapping at crosses, horrendous kick outs and to cap it off an underhit pass that has sealed 3 points for Celtic. Quote
RicoS321 Posted 3 hours ago Report Posted 3 hours ago Lobban poor for the first. Losing the ball in the circumstances was fine, but he then gets dragged towards the ball instead of just holding his position. Shame he's suspended now though, through no fault of his own. Maybe should ask the SPFL if we can transfer the suspension to the real culprit. As an aside, this has to be the least talkative co-commentator I've heard. Don't know who it is. Quote
The.Moog Posted 3 hours ago Report Posted 3 hours ago (edited) Groundhog day. Exactly what I expected to see - the polar opposite of what was needed today. No outball (we gave the goal away cause Lobban? Had absolutely no options in front of him). Complete failure to retain the ball - as usual. Cup final heroics or not, we need a new keeper. Mitov is a complete liability. The occasional good save just doesn’t make up for his complete inability to use his fucking feet (and brain). Only hope is another Jekyll & Hyde second half - but its us, vs them, so not much chance of that. There are times I genuinely dislike my teqm - today is one of those. THFN1983 Posted 3 hours ago Report Posted 3 hours ago It's shocking to say but I would give Morton or Elgin more of a chance of a result today at Celtic Park than Aberdeen. We are the most spineless, fearful, wasteful team at that ground and when their manager is 1 defeat away from being sacked we still show nothing to get a positive result. Quote

OrlandoDon Posted 3 hours ago Report Posted 3 hours ago There are the Mcinnes type performances that wanted me rid of Mcinnes. Celtic are off form and we have opportunity. We should have shown real appetite and desire. Yet it’s the usual lack of belief, get deeper and deeper, and we’re fortunate to only be one down. Could get ugly second half. Quote

We’re no more a 3-4-3 team than flea in the air Was locked out my account first half - maybe just as well… Nearly got caught out earlier with the team on the touch line taking instructions. Would have served us right if they’d been allowed to go ahead and play. Just sloppy. They haven’t even pressed us, haven’t needed to. We’ve watched them play and just fallen deeper and deeper. Still at least the red card will save some of the blushes eh? /s Quote
OrlandoDon Posted 3 hours ago Report Posted 3 hours ago Red tv - ‘Aberdeen were pretty comfortable in the first half and carried a threat at times’ -wtf! other than the first 10 mins, which I didn’t see a lot off, we pretty much took a pasting and Celtic missed chances. Based on the first 90 seconds of the second we’ll get hammered. Quote
Jute Posted 3 hours ago Report Posted 3 hours ago Did we not watch the way United got at them on Wednesday? Been far to negative and passive. Quote

OrlandoDon Posted 3 hours ago Report Posted 3 hours ago Let’s build out the back one down with 10 players. Why not just score the second ourselves. It’s an embarrassing watch at present. exactly the game Celtic needed. Quote

OrlandoDon Posted 3 hours ago Report Posted 3 hours ago As gash as we’ve been i like aouchiche. With a legit central midfielder alongside I think he could be very good. Being asked to do a little too much heavy lifting at present, but with a Rama alongside makes me wonder. Quote
