Back to league duty on Sunday. We really need to start getting wins on the board in league but this will be a difficult trip as St Mirren have started league season well. Would like to see Subs who came on last night start on Sunday to get minutes into their legs before next Thursday. Would also expect Jensen to start instead of McKenzie for same reason. Not sure I would change any of the forwards but we might see Sokler start for Duk. Away end is sold out for this one so hopefully a decent atmosphere. In Train then pub Away end Train back to Capital 2-1 Miovski and McGrath (bound to score against his old club as it happens to us all the time)

If the team that finished the game, except Sokler, had started it I think we win that comfortably tonight. Pretty confident we should put them away at home. Only concern is Miovski’s performance tonight may attract some bids before the window closes. As has been said he was outstanding tonight.

Squad been confirmed for Europe for players over 21. There is a B list for U21 players who count as home grown with no limit. I have to say it does not look a strong squad at all. Can add another two emergency signings until 11pm on Wednesday.

Atletico currently drawing 0-0 away to Betis and Barca struggling to beat Cadiz at their temporary home at the Olympic stadium. Only Real have 6 points after first two games. Think they will run away with league this season.

I see Ramadani started for Lecce in their 2-1 win over Lazio.

Being linked with Ciaron Brown a left back/centre half from Oxford United and Timotej Jambor a striker from MSK Zilina overnight. Oxford saying they have turned down our bid for Brown but it seems we have at least moved on from Scales. Being linked with another striker seems odd unless someone is leaving.

Rocco Vata is attacking midfielder who mostly played for Celtic B team last season. No idea if he is any good but would be some step up from lowland league to Premier.

Have to disagree on Morris. Most decent wing backs can get a cross beyond the first man more than once a game. He can’t. He is fast but that’s it. We need better than him.
