Think that is part of the problem. Miller knows that even not trying a leg he is better than the other strikers and an automatic pick. He has no real pressure being applied to him to make perform on a regular basis. Hopefully if MM gets a striker in he will be able to drop Miller and give him a boot up arse to make him perform.

Players who were the worst offenders last night were the ones given nice long contracts by JC so he does not escape blame for last night either.

He did for every one of the humiliations we suffered during his time so why would that have changed now.

If those players were not on their ludicrously long contracts and had been freed instead then maybe MM would have would have had a bit more money to attract some decent players in.
