Finished 4-1 to Argentina. They were well ahead of Brazil even without Messi. Brazil looked a very ordinary side.

Argentina 1-0 up on Brazil after 5 minutes. Brazil did not touch the ball for first two minutes of game.

On a brighter note U17s win 8-0. Fletcher Boyd among the scorers.

Thankfully I had meetings in work today so missed this. U21s under Gemmill seem to be getting worse every time.

To be fair Scotland would struggle in the Highlsnd league on last nights showing.

That comment was on train coming back tonight. Much like Brown Clarke is failing to learn from mistakes and being to loyal to players who have served him well in the past but may be no longer up to the task.

Changes should have been made at half time and Gilmour should not have been one of them. Clarke got starting line up and tactics wrong again which is becoming a recurring theme.
