Called up for England squad despite not starting a league game for Chelsea.

Friday and again no game thread. I await Manc's weak getting married excuse (congratulations by the way) as the reason for no thread. Its only one day FFS. Would expect Cosgrove to come back into the team but not sure who should be dropping out after Tuesdays win. Probably be Dean Campbell as surely we do not need an extra central midfielder against Livingston. Livingston have been poor of late with the other team looking like they have figured them out. Would expect them to have enough points on the board to stay clear of relegation this season. Another game we should be looking to win easily but our awful home form suggests it might be another tight game. Replacement buses from Dundee this weekend which makes train travel a bit pish. oot but maybe in either traveling to Aberdeen or a game elsewhere Y or game elsewhere Traveling back to the Capital 2-0 May and McGinn

Most around me were singing sad scouse bastard but I suspect some may have been using the Celtic version of the song. Just classic deflection from the arse cheeks. They are in the spotlight for the abuse flung by most of the crowd at Steve Clarke so desperately point at another club to try and shift the blame. Can it be sectarian abuse when the person who it was allegedly directed at is not even of the religion associated to the Orange order?

SSN reporting that Police Scotland are investigating sectarian chanting by Aberdeen fans on Tuesday night.

Don’t give us the wedding pish. The wife will have arranged that all anyway. All you have to do is turn up sober.

Pretty sure the UEFA rules cover Bigot and Red TV so unlikely to be any live coverage although I did see elsewhere that it was on the radio. As for the game I would assume that it will be Wilson up front in place of Cosgrove and McGinn or GMS coming back in if fit. The rest as per Saturday. Thought Campbell was one of the positives from Saturday but suspect he will be on the bench again. No idea how this will go but as someone has already said a defeat for the Tribute Act could well see them imploding and the Scouse Wank departing. Zidane to return as Real manager. https://www.standard.co.uk/sport/football/realmadrid/zinedine-zidane-to-rejoin-real-madrid-as-manager-after-santiago-solari-sacking-a4088536.html

I was not commenting on McInnes as a manager just the way we played and how 0-0 was cheered like a victory by some of our support. I dislike going to games where the team I support is playing to keep the score down. I cannot see the point in not trying to go at them on the front foot. Worst part about Saturday is that Celtic were not even that good and if we had pressed them higher up the field I think we would have had a better chance of winning the game. Kirakov I would say Rocket is right when he says Murray has won what he has because he has a winners mentality not because he took a safety first approach.
-
Must have missed second one. Only remember one that keeper saved down to his left. Even 2 shots in 90 minutes is pretty poor.
-
Can remember when going to either of the arse cheeks and playing for a draw was frowned upon clearly that has changed. One shot on target in 90 minutes. Better than cup final I suppose.
-
Would have thought Manc would have had this started by now but must be to busy practicing the huddle. No idea how we line up for this but would be tempted to go with forwards who will play in quarter final so as they get game time together. Can always bring Cosgrove off the bench if we have to. Hate going to this shithole and find their fans just as vile a bunch of bigots as the blue arse cheeks. According to club the away allocation has sold out for this which is good going for a tie we usually lose. In Train then pub in centre of town Away end Train back to the Capital 2-0 no Dons scorer

Why would we agree to 850 tickets when we took 1,700 to a replay in Kilmarnock last season at the same stage and won’t even know what the supporters clubs are requesting until tomorrow. Seems very odd.

Semi Final Draw ICT v Patrick or Hearts Celtic v Aberdeen or Tribute Act.

Cannot see us taking anything other than a doing on Sunday. Injuries to Lowe and Logan mean the Tribute Act will have free reign on either flank against Considine and Ball. Wednesday showed the 3 at the back is also unworkable. Actually finding myself a bit glad that I cannot make it on Sunday. Oot Bairns birthday party Bairns birthday party Recovering from having 20 odd screaming kids at soft play for two hours 0-3 Tribute Act

Ranieri sacked after only 3 months in charge at Fulham. Madness.
-
Utter disgrace tonight. Looked off the pace from the start of the game. Injury to Lowe is hopefully not as serious as it looked as we will struggle without him. Cannot go into the cup game playing three at the back as Tribute Act will destroy us. Thing is not convinced that a back 4 with Considine and Ball as full backs will fair much better. We offered very little up front either.
-
Surprised any of his players could understand a word he was saying. Just swore at them constantly even when he was happy with them. Shame the political violence is possibly going to stop them winning the league with their next home game being shifted to a neutral venue in New Delhi. Looks a fascinating place to live and work if a bit dangerous.
-
Probably as good as you are going to get at this time of year. Looks like he can play centre half or right back.
-
Bruce Anderson double for Pars tonight helping send Partick Thistle towards second consecutive relegation.
-
This is a game where we should be looking to win comfortably and hopefully run up a few goals as Hamilton are pish. Normally I would hope we do not make any changes to a winning side however I would probably look to bring McKenna into the team to give him game time ahead of the Tribute Act in the cup. To accommodate him I would either drop Considine to play McKenna alongside Devlin or move Devlin to right back and drop Ball. Although Ball did not do anything wrong on Saturday I would not want him to be at right back if at all possible on Sunday. Giving Devlin a game at right back tomorrow would at least allow us to see if that will work ahead of Tribute Act. Still trying to switch things around work wise to see if I can make it to the game tomorrow. oot but maybe in Flat or lift up the road Flat or Y Flat or lift back to the capital 3-0 Dons Stewart McGinn Ferguson

Connahs Quay have zero fans so I suppose it being in Inverness at least means County support should be decent.

Got to assume Eleven Sports are fucked in UK now as Premier Sport and ITV announce they will be showing La Liga games from this weekend with ITV4 having a free to air game each weekend. https://www.itv.com/news/2019-02-22/watch-la-liga-live-on-itv4-every-week-until-the-end-of-the-season-starting-with-levante-clash-with-giants-real-madrid/

Cannot see this being anything other than a very difficult afternoon especially if Logan is still out. Saints have a couple of decent wingers so really cannot go with Ball at right back as that would be a recipe for disaster. That said other than throwing in Miko Virtanen who has been playing right back for the reserves (okay in the one game I saw he played right back) not sure what else we can do. Saw elsewhere someone suggest moving Shinnie to right back and Gleeson into the middle but no idea if that will work. Saints have been struggling of late and have only scored once in their last 6 games picking up only 1 point. Think both teams maybe happy to shitfest for a point. Oot Train through to the West Visiting friends (maybe sneak to see Queens Park v Clyde) Train back to the Capital 0-0
