2nd in the league is a decent finish given twice we had club disrupted by speculation around the manager. Cup performances especially the way we were beaten in both games was very disappointing. Best performance this season was 4-1 destruction of Leith Junkies but there were few games where we reached that level. Performances against the Tribute Act were especially disappointing. The recruitment this summer needs to be better. We need to get players who fit the system we play rather than just getting in whoever is available and trying to fit square pegs into round holes.
