Well that was pish. From the Omni shambles trying to access the ground to finishing the game with 5 defenders on the field against Moldova. Did their keeper have a decent save to make. Not a chance we finish better than 4th in this group.

To be fair to Clarke Nisbet was injured for Wednesday night but agree he should be getting more game time than he does. Tierney did have a poor game by his standards. Has his confidence been knocked by mess Arsenal seem to be in. Wednesday showed again we have not got the grass routes development right. Denmark have a similar population size to Scotland but regularly produce teams that are better at football and more tactically aware than us. Very few if any of our squad would have got a game for Denmark on Wednesday. No idea how we put that right but not running the game for the good of two clubs might be a starting point.

Bit disappointed we did not go for Kerr if that was asking price as he is better than Bates or Gallagher. Saints fans are going ballistic and quite rightly so as the players have been replaced by loan signings with little first team game time or players with injury issues.

Very surprised nobody left yesterday. We have 7 central midfield players at the club who all do very similar jobs and Kennedy who is clearly not rated by the management. Disappointed we never brought in a creative number 10 as we have nobody for that role. Can see us struggling to break teams down especially while Hedges is injured. Also think we are very light at the back as only have 2 centre backs and a midfielder playing there. Plus point is keeping Hedges and Ferguson as they are two of the better players at the club. Be interesting to see how Ferguson reacts to not getting his move. Hopefully he gets on with the job and does not spit the dummy and sulk for rest of season.
