McNamara keeps getting skinned though, which is concerning. Not seen him in an entire match so difficult for me to judge, but do you think he's giving 100% for whatever reason?

Is part of his role not to bring on our young defenders Diamond and Considine (and others) with his experience? That being the case I'd rather see him stay a while yet. I seem to remember Brewster being called slow and past-it.......and we were sad to see him go?

I'm still surprisingly upbeat about this one. I can see a 2-1 win here followed by a dour 0-0 out there. I think they'll underestimate us, and I also think all we're lacking is a bit of luck, bringing confidence with it, in front of goals. If things actually ran for us in a game we could score 4,5 or more quite easily. Look how we went at Hibs.

Met Willie once, would have been about 84 or 85. Myself and a friend were down Pittodrie way, just passing the ground and Willie came out the main door. We both went "Hi Willie" and he actually stopped and had a couple of minutes chat with us in the street along the lines of "How's it going lads.....going to the game this week.... what do you think our chances are....etc" No need for him to stop or give us more than a wave back.
