I'm in agreement with those who say we need a Ramadani replacement, particularly if we're going to continue with three at the back. It’s certainly a bold move but they’ve obviously had his replacement lined up and expect the new guy to have a higher ceiling than O’Neill. It’s a bit like replacing a player who hasn’t done anything wrong with another one who you think will just be that bit better. We’re used to that approach with players but it’s very unorthodox to do the same to a manager.
