It's actually one of my all time faves. I absolutely love that film. Finally managed to watch Two Popes last night, wasn't necessarily what I expected, but I really enjoyed it. Out of interest, did Anthony Hopkins and Jonathan Pryce actually know the lines in the various languages? We walked past Pope Francis' barbers when we were in BA. Naturally was mentioned on the free walking tour we took
  2. That was my thought too, Rocket. What a pairing.
  3. in isolation, that's a good window for us. However, given the state of the current team, it's not good enough. We still needed a CAM and a striker. If Cosgrove get's injured, we're fucked. Jan is a terrible time to do business, but DM has brought it upon himself by having 5-6 shite windows before this.
  4. Well that's a pleasant surprise. Guy appears to be highly rated and certainly not one out of the DM playbook. Nice to see the Atlanta connection potentially paying off.
  5. I find it bizarre that we clearly haven't put some sort of clause in. Thought it was too good to be true to get him back for the season. Another reason to dislike those mustard cunts. Still, not as bad as fraser screwing us over. Wilson. Wasn't the right fit. He's a footballer that wasn't allowed to play and put in a team that don't play it. Given mcinnes didn't play him until the end last season, his deal in the summer made no sense. Even less sense given the amount of game time he's had since. Another cluster fuck of mcinnes signing. Costing us a fortune.
  6. Have very little confidence that we'll end the game with 11 men.

    Celeb Deaths

    Patience paid off, eh
  8. Can't say i'm looking forward to this, especially given I'll actually be up for it (watching the rugby though). Still, at least it'll be live disappointment rather than first waking reality. Defoe going off is possibly a blessing, but I daresay they have enough to pump us at the moment. Really depends on how DM decides to set the team up. Hopefully we see a bit more of what McGeouch and Kennedy can do. If we can keep Cosgrove on the pitch, we've got a chance. Not convinced the team is playing for him anymore, but it's hard to tell if it's just their attitude or the way they're set up. Out House House Bed 3-0, no dons scorer
  9. Really should be getting three points here, but our form is all over the shop and they've had some unlucky results against the bitches from the weeg. Signing Kennedy doesn't alleviate all our problems, but hopefully mcinnes actually utilises him correctly though. We're in desperate need of creativity. Need to take some of the pressure of McGinn. He's too old to carry this team. Out Bed Bed Bed 1-1, ferguson
  10. Sounds like a shite game
  11. it's another odd line up, that's fair to say.
  12. They can have him imo. He's turned to piss and a waste of a wage sitting on the bench.
  13. Huge game in terms of trying to get one over our closest rivals for third. 11 point gap between us and livi, so it really is all down to us two. They've had a reasonable run of form over the last few months, pretty similar to ours. Really need get some positive momentum going ahead of a very busy February schedule. Out Bed Work Work 2-1, Cosgrove and hedges
  14. We looked at this one when we were designing AFC wimbledon's. I think it's turned out better than their visuals but it's a sad state of affairs that they have to have multicoloured seats to try and pretend it's busy for TV Seems to be being built at the same time as the surrounding housing, so seems to be delivered in the same manner as AFC. Any idea of who it is Tom? I could only find passing reference to Ballymore and Wilmott Dixon with another company called EcoWorld seeming to have taken over the latter. Always wanted to go to griffin park, looked like a nice ground.
  15. Really? No sell on clause? Carlisle really must not have rated him. Lunacy on their part.
  16. I'd have thought it would just be the RDU?
  17. 1700 sold for the paddock with 11000 tickets sold so far. Not bad for a cup game at all. Now dm just needs to follow the script and the let the team entertain.
  18. Ah, shame. Will still give it a go. Watched messiah recently, that was decent. Won't mention too much about it though as it could spoil it for you.
  19. Enjoyable watch. Not sure the wife agreed, but hey ho. Hoping to start Giri/Haji soon.

Been meaning to watch 2 popes, seems to have decent reviews.
  21. So far 1500 tickets sold for the "Red Shed". Seems like the fans are getting behind it, hopefully a few more are sold. A singing area is needed at Pittodrie. Far too many moany bastards in the stands telling folk to sit down etc...works in most other (non) Scottish clubs. As you say LA, kudos to Cormack for trying something, i've liked to read his personal experiences. Certainly a different tact from Milne.
  22. Seems to be highly thought of, and likely to be signed for the same intentions like Ferguson was. Not expecting him to be in the first team soon, but that said, we thought that of Ferguson.
  23. I wouldn't be averse to it TC. He's been utter pish for a long time and as you say, likely to be on a reasonable wage. If it means getting a winger in now, it would be worth it.
  24. To be honest, i'm surprised that McLennan or someone else wasn't part of it. although we don't know what was proposed between the clubs. I'm guessing they need him for their relegation battle.
  25. Always been highly thought of, even in the reserves, so i'm pleased to see his progress. It would be great to get someone young and with a bit of fight in
