  1. To be honest, it's one of the many things I now question about DM.
  2. Word has it there is a protest before their game
  3. We win this, then i'll be happy. I'm not sure why these games always have to be absolute shit fests. Out Bed Bed Bed 1-1, Consie
  4. Agreed, but I do think that we'll let him see his contract out. See if he's able to do anything post injury. We're seriously low on creativity now. Really should have got another creative midfielder in.
  5. I'd label that with the English speaking section of Europe DD. I've seen Irish behave like pricks, likewise Scots, but obviously proportionally, the English are worse as there's more of them. Welsh, well no-one cares or even knows about them. But i've also seen the Dutch act like cunts abroad too. What an awful name for the pro-brexiteers though. They really aren't the sharpest tools are they.
  6. I'd echo what rocket said, its never good to bite your tongue unless your own or those you are with's safety is at risk. There are times when I call people out, primarily because I think not saying anything is what is getting us to where we are today. Casual racism is returning and it needs to knocked on the head like every one of those racist cunts. The less people respond, the more acceptable they think it is. I don't care if I upset folk, that's their problem for having shit views.
  7. Excellent, saves me from having to start a dons match thread on my honeymoon That or have Jute complain that I forgot
  8. Can't work out if I like the guy, or he's just cringe. Seems to have a bit of a semi for the dhimmery too.
  9. Antipodes in rarotonga. Fantastic restaurant overlooking the Pacific. Good food and nice vibes. Despite the number of aussies. In wellington, having been there for nearly 2 years, we've established our favourites so far. Tatsushi. Japanese restaurant, and authentically so. Which is a bit unusual here and they're usually full of Chinese staff. Fantastic sashimi and good traditional and seasonal food. Pomelo. You'd think this would be Italian, but nope, Asian fusion. Again, very good seasonal dishes and actually really well priced. Views across the city are nice too. There are a couple of others that we probably need to visit a few more times, but for its size, we've a cracking variety of good restaurants.
  10. Excellent work TC, don't expect commission though
  11. Thank goodness for that result. A win for them would have been unbearable.
  12. Dm already said no more business in his post match presser did he not?
  13. Huns will win something this season. Possibly even the league if the tims continue to be shite.
  14. Interesting one this. Much like us, started well, but have faded and got pumped by Livi the other week. Difference being, they're still scoring goals. Really need to build on the fact we didn't concede last weekend but we also need to actually start getting some shots (on or off target). Hard to see what will change this weekend, but hopefully see Hedges get a run about. Still don't understand why he didn't play last weekend. DM needs to play more attacking, we cannot continue with this turgid pathetic attempt at football. Added spice this weekend, Dicky foster has just signed for them. Out Breakfast Checking out Rarotonga Probably the above 1-1, McGinn
  15. It has a DM signing written all over it
  16. Personally, I'd make sure we had someone that could provide him with service before putting him in the first team. Don't want his confidence being shot and DM has a history of fucking it up. A loan to a top end champ club would be my preference (until Jan) then bring him back and see what he's made of.
  17. We need a striker, a right back, an attacking mid (or 10) and a winger imo. We're not going to get any of that, despite the creative players absolute urgency. It's hard to see how we're going to score this season after what seemed to be a promising start. My Killie mate thought they'd actually finish above us Previous seasons have come to bite him (DM). Big time. Edit: Agree with you Rico, apparent safe signings are what has killed this team.
  18. Well, that's not the result I was expecting to wake up to. Hadn't not won in his 13 games down there. Truly a sign of the times. And worryingly, no goals in what four or five games? That's pathetic. What happened to trying Wilson through the middle?!? Ffs mcinnes get your shit together.

  20. Really hope they get a better owner this time round.
  21. Couldn't really care less about the naming of the pitches, I guess if that makes the fans feel better, then it's a smart move by the club. I suppose it makes sense if they're going to be used by the community / public at some point.
  22. Would take any money for him. Don't rate him and the manager doesn't appear to know how to use him either. Best for all parties if he moves on.
  23. So back to league action this weekend after the...highs...of last weekend. I've missed not having any euro qualifiers this week, although given our last few performances, my blood pressure hasn't. Killie are pretty pish this season, but then again, we've not exactly set the heather alight. Hopefully the win last weekend gave the team a wee confidence boost. Really need to start and find that feel good factor we had after Hearts. Out Bed Bed Bed 2-1 Dons, Cosgrove and Hedges
  24. I'm not against it, he's stumped up a decent whack and will probably become chairman eventually.
  25. Saw McCardle play for Bradford a couple of times against Millwall. He was a good solid CB, but that was 4 years ago now.
