  1. 1700 sold for the paddock with 11000 tickets sold so far. Not bad for a cup game at all. Now dm just needs to follow the script and the let the team entertain.
  2. Ah, shame. Will still give it a go. Watched messiah recently, that was decent. Won't mention too much about it though as it could spoil it for you.
  3. Enjoyable watch. Not sure the wife agreed, but hey ho. Hoping to start Giri/Haji soon.

Been meaning to watch 2 popes, seems to have decent reviews.
  5. So far 1500 tickets sold for the "Red Shed". Seems like the fans are getting behind it, hopefully a few more are sold. A singing area is needed at Pittodrie. Far too many moany bastards in the stands telling folk to sit down etc...works in most other (non) Scottish clubs. As you say LA, kudos to Cormack for trying something, i've liked to read his personal experiences. Certainly a different tact from Milne.
  6. Seems to be highly thought of, and likely to be signed for the same intentions like Ferguson was. Not expecting him to be in the first team soon, but that said, we thought that of Ferguson.
  7. I wouldn't be averse to it TC. He's been utter pish for a long time and as you say, likely to be on a reasonable wage. If it means getting a winger in now, it would be worth it.
  8. To be honest, i'm surprised that McLennan or someone else wasn't part of it. although we don't know what was proposed between the clubs. I'm guessing they need him for their relegation battle.
  9. Always been highly thought of, even in the reserves, so i'm pleased to see his progress. It would be great to get someone young and with a bit of fight in
  10. Spot on, both what you and kow have said has pretty much summed up my thoughts on the whole sorry affair. People don't want to say it because they rely on corrupt yank investment and don't want to upset the baby.
  11. Nice to see Mezzanine getting heavily involved with the Red Shed. Lots of positivity around it now. Really hope it's a success and there's a good atmosphere but hard to see what they'd do for the rest of the season (outside cup game(s)). Obviously the football on show, has to do its bit.

Ha ha i'm surprised that wasn't out sooner. Love a good sheep do the Kiwi's.
  13. This would have pleased you no end

I hadn't realised that JoJo Rabbit took so long to get released over there. Superb film!
  15. Lads, keep the sniping out of this thread please.
  16. Seen it, but slightly sceptical about that as he doesn't state who he writes for. We'll see though. Anything over 4m and we should deal.
  17. Ooft, not a loan. Fingers crossed he stays fit, welcome aboard!
  18. Providing McGeouch is fit, then this could be a great signing. A lot of fans have been moaning about us not signing him before, so it'll be interesting to see how this works out. Can't say DM hasn't listened.
  19. Ages away yet, but there's a big push from the club hierarchy to try and make the merlkand a singing area (Red Shed) . Something a number fans had called for years ago, but seems to now be getting the clubs blessing. Hope it works out, it would be great to see some atmosphere at Pittodrie again. That said, a performance on the park goes a long way to helping that. Be interesting if we see any new faces for this one. I'd hope so. Perfect opportunity to get them up to speed.
  20. Generally I prefer warm sake over cold. The sparkling sake, is cold, but very good. Called mio and comes in a blue bottle.
  21. Sparkling sake is very good, I'm sure they'll have a couple of options. Especially in summer
  22. He's done something no other recent president has done, and poked the bear. Has he just started a war with Iran? It'll certainly come close to it. Pure idiocy on his part.
  23. Good move for Ross imo. As you said, he had a decent debut but hasn't been seen since (classic DM). hopefully this isn't the last we see of him.
  24. Welcome aboard Dave Cormack hopefully understands the last point you made. Whether DM is the man to provide it, I'd say no, as has been evidenced in the last 5 transfer windows.
  25. From what I've read, dorrans was going down south, and I hope that's true.
