  3. Ooft, Tlg, some statement there! I agree, he was definitely the best of a horrific bunch, but that's not saying very much. Christ they were depressing times. He did seem to hold his own at the hunnery but the fact that even he got booed means we must have always right about him. Fuck him, seems to have found his place, although I'll never forget that midweek goal at Motherwell.
  4. Excellent, glad you enjoyed your time down here! Will definitely give La Famiglia a go.
  5. You have a PM
  6. Ha, stooge, sorry to disappoint. I'm half Japanese and stay in London, it was changed by one of the hilarious admins ages ago and Ive never bothered to change it!
  7. Not in england, but seems like Phil neville has landed a more prominent role at Valencia after the useless nuno left. Hadn't realised the owner was the same man who has part ownership of Salford city. That must surely be the only reason why neville is still there?
  8. It's a shame that Garry Monk appears to be under a lot of pressure. I like the way he conducts himself and quite sure he can turn it around. Managed to last season and it's not like they've really had a change in personnel which would prevent that from happening. I'm amazed McLaren hasn't been binned yet. What a fool he must feel like for ditching a likely promotion candidate for Newcastle.
  9. Thought that after the game on Saturday, wondered when some wise guys might raise that Hopefully all have put whatever it was (if anything) behind them. Two big games coming up and both on TV
  10. Haha cracking report bobby shame about the result though.

Absolutely. What a shot to win it too.
  12. Ok mr red blinkers From the RedTV highlights, we looked reassured and the build up to the third was good to see. Think Robson hit the nail on the head with the commentary. We definitely pressed more and appeared to be getting closer to how we were playing before this god awful slump in form. Rooney possibly could have had a hat trick.
  13. Fuck me, 3 points. Did not expect that after last week! Hopefully they build on this.

Anyone watching the Davis Cup Finals? Kyle Edmund is smashing it against Goffin at the moment. 6-3 / 4-1 so far, hopefully he can keep it up
  15. Absolutely spot on: https://soundcloud.com/bytheminsport/btm-aberdeen-podcast-19-rachel-corsie
  16. Results are out:
  17. Beat St. Johnstone 3-2 today, Parker double and Goodwillie pen.
  18. Think it was pro-sport or something like that, but believe we've brought anything in house again, or at least making more money from merchandise?
  19. If they're not, they're seriously missing a trick!
  20. Well, after that flat and disappointing performance and result on Sunday, hopefully Shinnie is right and they have stopped the rot and are going to go on a run. County are in great form at the moment and deservedly beat us last time round. As I've mentioned in other threads, we've not got an easy run up to Christmas, this game in particular. Here's hoping the team turn up and start building some confidence. Jack is still out and by the sounds of it Robson should be ok for the game after picking up a knock against the mini sevconians yesterday. I think this is the kind of game we need him. We had zero leadership on Sunday and whilst I'm slightly hesitant in including him as I think he slows us down and loses the ball in critical positions, but he's vociferous. Pawlett still isn't doing anything and with Cammy Smith fit again, i'd like to see him given a go. This is a massive game for us. Nice offer on the ticket price from the club, albeit on the back of recent performances they'll need to do something to entice those on the fence fans. I really hope they have plenty of these "retro" shirt available, smart as fuck!
  21. I see FIFA are seeking to place Platini under a life time ban from Football Hopefully the same will be dealt out to "poor vulnerable step ladder" as well. Pricks.
  22. I really hope he comes back stronger. Could do with a striker that scores goals.

Started watching that the other night because it's got very good reviews. It was a bit loud for the mood I was in. So is it worth watching all the way through?

  25. Nuttal has scored 2 against the hunnery (so far) - losing 3-2 at the moment. Given our inability to score goals at the moment, surely he's worth a punt?! edit: maybe that was the kiss of death, just missed a penalty. losing 4-2.
