  1. We all like a moan I guess But I agree, it's not ideal but it won't affect the crowd imo.

True, he is only coming back from injury but i'd rather he wasn't anywhere near the team. I see there's a campaign to keep Vern Cotter. Time will tell if it was the right decision to go for Townsend and not offer him another contract. The two of them working together would have been ideal. Bit pointless to be starting a petition, he's got himself sorted in France does he not? http://www.scotlandrugbynews.com/2017/03/petition-keepvern-launched-scottish-rugby-supporters/
  3. Ha ha, I get what you mean, but i'm happy enough to chat to folk around me. Would seem weird and rude not to, especially since I work with them on projects.

Still one of their best players, bench or not. I'd rather he wasn't anywhere near the team I'm not sure if i'd be happy about Farrell or not, he was woeful in their last game. Probably be great if it was true!

Massive game on Saturday! Can't say i'm overly confident, especially since it would appear that Vunipola is back for the cunts. Regardless, I am looking forward to it! 6. My thoughts exactly. Potentially a lot of positions to fill. Captaincy is easy enough to replace, but Jack is a quality player regardless of what some folk think.
  7. On a serious note, it's probably the right move for him and as Reidzer said, he's shown loyalty and certainly leaves with my best wishes. Given how little he's played over the past couple of years, we won't really miss him but will certainly need to replace him. I just hope this is an isolated incident and the others all sign up.
  8. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/39167361 You'd have to be a complete nut job (or hun, but still applies) to apply or even accept a job there. Southampton, stable, progressive club going in the right direction, or some no mark deadbeat club living off it's former club's name. Pass.
  9. So Motherwell visit us again on Saturday, fully expect a much changed 'well side following, Y'Know's, removal as manager. They had a decent away victory to fellow potential relegation candidates, Killie, last weekend so should be fired up and will certainly want to avenge the previous humiliation. We seem to be dominating teams at the moment but unlike the previous game, unable to turn them into goals. There is no way it'll be the same result as last time but I expect us to win. Yes we're missing Jack, but the rest of the team should be more than capable to step up. Shinnie certainly took the captaincy with both hands last week. Do we rest Rooney, who despite his apparent poor form, is still our leading goal scorer by some distance? I'll be interested to see how DM sets up for this one. I really hope PeePaw ends the season on the high with us. Out House Rugby Dinner somewhere in town 2-0 dons, Stockley and McGinn
  10. His departure will be met by frustration imo. He clearly has the skills but couldn't use them or execute them consistently enough. Good luck to him, just a shame it's to MK Dons. Pricks. As you say DD, here's to him scoring the winning goal in the cup final
  11. Well that's it confirmed he's likely to be offski: https://www.eveningexpress.co.uk/fp/aberdeen-fc/aberdeen-boss-mcinnes-confirms-peter-pawlett-set-to-move-to-mk-dons
  12. Thats what ED said when I told him it was the sun

  14. Sort of seem to be giving a bit of fight tonight. But getting taught a lesson by bayern although harshly done by by not getting a penalty in the first half and getting koscielny sent off. Odd where the numpty behind the goal overruled the referee.
  15. Apparently the Times ran a piece about this in the English edition, but not the Scottish. Can't say I saw it down here but hey ho. A good rebuttal nonetheless despite not necessarily agreeing with it all: http://terracepodcast.net/whats-the-point-in-scottish-football/
  16. cheers, will have a look when I get home

  21. http://www.independent.co.uk/voices/brexit-europe-cornwall-funding-deserved-sneering-condescending-remainer-explode-a7612266.html Interesting article and it was obvious that the folk in Cornwall were the first to buy into all the lies. It's going to be a tough few decades for Cornwall. I remember my girlfriend going into a handbag shop in St. Ives and she asked how she was going to cope with brexit. The shop lady said it wouldn't make a difference, to which my g/f said, but you get all your handbags from Italy...Oh, replied the shop keeper...I hadn't thought of that...Cornwall has always heavily relied on EU funding. Politics these days is so divisive, same happened in Scotland with the indyref and the same has obviously happened in trumptown with both sides firing shots left right and centre. I find it incredulous that brexiteers state it's not right that those "remoaners" voice their dismay and frankly laugh at those who voted wrongly. Obviously I'm not saying either campaign was great, because it wasn't and reflected the stupidity of society today, but fuck me, this is a shite state of affairs. How do we fix it? Scotland has an option, not sure about the rest of the UK. Lambs to a slaughter.
  22. Not sure why but I've never warmed to her. I always like nemone who stands in for her on the school holidays. But I think it's more to do with her music taste than anything else. Nemone is more on the lines of what I like.
  23. Obviously not ours, but this is quite progressive for the US! MLS side Orlando City have opened their new stadium, which has a safe standing area and a special section for fans wanting to use flares at matches. (Daily Mail)
  24. I guess we would never have to worry about it being moved for TV given we're competing with the bigot fest on Sunday. Surprised they've made it a 3pm for them. Plenty of time for drinking and fighting. Nice sensible time for our travelling fans for change
