  1. Funny you should mention that. Even my hun mate thought whoever would take the interim would leave for a big name cloggy to come and take the job in the summer. I genuinely couldn't tell if he was being serious. It would be hilarious if barry the crab became their manager
  2. I would but she'd probably try and gas me afterwards.
  3. Ha! I was going to start the thread at lunch time as I was too hungover to deal with it yesterday. I agree about Storey, we should be using him more and hopefully he did enough on the weekend to do so. I do worry about another slump, although given we've just had our mid season break there aren't any excuses for it. out Work Work Home, hopefully watching the recording 2-2, Consi and McLean
  4. Consi is a good centre half. At the start of the season I would have said that we needed another cb alongside O'Connor but now I'd actually argue that it should be consi that should have a competent guy alongside him. He's wasted on the left although I think Elgin is right. When he was kept in one position for long enough he was more than competent. I think a number of folk were questioning whether Shinnie was actually required (obviously he was/is but that's beside the point).
  5. Typical sportscene. Does anyone really watch it anymore? Last time I watch it was embarrassingly poor. Have to say, from the highlights its hard to see Rooney is struggling, he's being pretty audacious with his efforts. But that effort in the first half was woeful. no excuses for that at all. If he's scoring goals, I don't think anyone can really complain. Glad to see jack and McLean continuing to impress. All in all, a very good weekend! Is the Hamilton game on Tuesday on TV?
  6. Thought he resigned?
  7. Probably from the killie game no? When he was dragged down and had his shirt ripped
  8. Bought an Aberlour 12 for my girlfriends brother (who I'd drunk a bottle of his finest along with his brother) but no one has been able to bring it back to NZ, so decided to open it tonight with some friends. Good choice tc. Top drawer whisky to celebrate a Boozy day and win over those horrible semi English wankers.
  9. Pretty sure if carlsberg was a good beer and did weekends, this would pretty much be it!

Fucking yasss. What a game and what a result. We were superb in the second half. Hogg, what a player.
  11. What a weekend! How did we play? Chuffed with the 3 points, some form from the guys
  12. Well this makes for a pleasant Friday evening
  13. I had drafted something very similar over lunch, but wasn't really happy with the coherence of it, think emotions got in the way. You've put it much more succinctly
  14. How was it? I didn't see what was wrong with the photo? Homemade burgers for me last night with a tomato chutney!
  15. Was there an episode last Sunday? The last episode I saw was brilliant and was quite amusing as I was discussing the very topic of the settlements with my g/f and a couple of others. It seemed apt and suited my argument Agree about Quinn, he's doing my head in a bit. I've got SS GB recorded Al, I was hoping someone had already seen it to confirm if it's worth watching! I like the idea of it all anyway
  16. Hard to see any other way. The cunts down here keep voting Tory who in turn ignore any promises they claimed to make. Politicians make me sick with their pathetic shite.

I knew there were rumours but Maitland is also now out for this weekends game. It's going to be a tough ask, but have confidence in Barclay as a player and hopefully his captaincy will see us through...
  18. I love Ibiza, 3 places i'd thoroughly recommend going to are: Bar 1805 (Ibiza town - great food and also an absinthe bar) blackboard tables too so i'm sure the kids would enjoy drawing on them! Cala Comte - South of San An and a beach which faces two directions - nice restaurant there too Restaurant Sa Caleta - Excellent restaurant overlooking a beach in a place called...Sa Caleta There's a bit of a walk you can do from Sa Caleta over to the Blue Marlin / Tropicana beach club / Es Savina but these are probably not ideal for a family...
  19. Noticed that on iplayer the other night actually, sounds like a decent watch
  20. Haha I hadn't realised Ayrs form was that bad. I have to admit I'd only remembered their results at easter Road, probably because I gave my hibs mate shit. Spurs about to head out of the Europe league. I'm not sure who the Co commentator is but he's chatting absolute bollocks. Said the gent fans went to Wembley with hope more than anything else and expected spurs to win. How have they not realised that English teams are not all that yet? (I'm ignoring the red card )
  21. Christ, 15 years, I need to get a life happy birthday DT!
  22. Haha I was joking when the news broke I wondered when the Huns would be linked with him. Hunbelievable Anyway, I hope Leicester get relegated now. Cunts.
  23. Ayr have a very good chance, should make for a very good game imo
  24. Ha ha, see, I always go for the cheese, the chicken is unnecessary. I used to get Turkish Pizza's all the time in London, something that the locals hadn't cottoned on to, but they slowly increased the price over the years Tyrant is right about the Bitterballen, forgot about that
  25. So this is what i've recommended to my mates previously: I'd also add the Eye film museum (nice food) on the other side of the River Ij (pronounced Eye) is worth a visit too. As a dirty snack, you could always try one of the hole in the wall cafes (FEBO) for a laugh but try to pick an item that is fresh! Chips (patatje Oorlog is amazing - chips with sate sauce, onions etc) , Broodje Kaassouffle - molten hot deep fried cheese in a roll is a fave of mine. Kroket as well. You can get all these at a general fast food cafes as well, generally a small shop window. I would also recommend one of the canal tours, they are very good. Hire a bike (watch where you're going - works for pedestrians too).
