Weirdly, we’ve lost the last eight games when on sky (albeit I imagine most are against the cheeks), but we have won the last five on a Friday night. So what does that mean? Hadn't realised that they were level on points. Some of the refereeing in that was horrendous, could easily have had two pens and a s/o in the first half alone Purely because I've seen the series, I hope they do it.

McInnes returns to pittodrie with killie this weekend. They obviously did us a huge solid by beating Hearts last weekend but their form has generally been pretty woeful. Especially from home. Really shouldn’t have much to fear from them if we continue to play (saints game aside) the way we have under Robson et al. hopefully Duk has had some much needed rest, couldn’t have been easy coming back from a long journey and having to play there. Do we see Miovski drop to the bench for this one with Watkins coming in? We know how they’ll set up, as McInnes will want to be compact so we’ll need quick and good passers. Watched the rescue on Disney, documentary about the Thai football team that were stuck in the cave. Mental stuff. Really good watch. Obviously remember the story at the time but wasn’t aware about all the detail. Only bad thing about the programme was the shite, cheesy (assuming American) music at the end of it. Completely

Watched the majority of the game back, we were clearly worth the three points but fuck was that painful to watch. That said, Roos also kept us in the game at 0-0, but overall I think we deserved it. I mean we should have anyway, given they played the vast majority of that game in 10 men (thanks and happy birthday consi). Can’t believe how the results worked in our favour this weekend. Happy days.

Aye, still plenty of it about and can be a fire risk. Makara itself is part of a reserve, and they’re trying to be predator free to enable the reintroduction of the kiwi. Gorse is ok in certain situations like this as it helps the native planting growing then when they outgrow it, it dies off. Issue being that wild goats do like it so attracts them which ruins the landscape
