Since having a rogue apostrophe on the home side and stated date appeared to serve us well this last weekend, thought I'd give it a go for this next week. This game is massively important to our season because we need: 1) to see if we've finally turned the corner and 2) to keep another top 6 candidate at bay. There've been a few murmurings in the press again signalling that McInnes should be a hun soon. It was odd, as they essentially were saying he should steady the ship and they should get someone else in after that Great vote of confidence that. Anyway, we've got a few more players available and I thought from the 20min highlights I saw, we looked reasonable in attack, albeit a bit wasteful, but still looked vulnerable at the back. So we're far from being out the woods yet. I'd be keen to see Nisbet and PHG keep their places, in fact, pretty much that starting XI could stay as I think they've probably earnt it. Killie haven't won away from home in the league since the end of October, so we shouldn't lack confidence, despite their win against the tractor saints on the weekend. The laughing was the thread chat. But yeah, I wouldn't be adverse to having someone else as captain. Devlin would be my preference as I still think he should be starting and would like the captain to be local, but it's not the end of the world if they're not. As long as they care and add value as captain, that's all I care about. It is interesting that we've won the last two sans shinnie starting, but there are a lot of other things coming into the mix too (players returning, new signings)

Folk not been watching films? watched Gladiator 2 tonight, enjoyed it. Nice and gory and I always enjoy a film with Denzel in it. Wouldn’t say it’s a thought provoking storyline but a good film nonetheless.

Agree with jute on this, club have ballsed it up. Molloy probably hasn’t helped by being better than expected, but they should have identified a senior to pair one of them at any given time. It was clear McDonald wasn’t that guy before the summer window closed so not sure they could hide behind that one. anyway, I hope he gets his head straight but suspect Al is right and he’ll be off in the next window. As someone pointed out to me on Twitter, even miovski had paltry numbers before he moved to MTK. But my biggest issue is , is that we need a striker that will be guaranteed to score goals, not another project. We’ve already got those in Ambrose, bavidge, duk and Sokler. Not sure we should be touching anyone with a meagre end product as that. Sometimes we’re gonna have to break from our model.
