  1. He wasn't that good at Killie either though was he?

I mean, everyone is at it. Just took us ages to find someone better than Dan fucking parks. Thank fuck those dark days are gone. don’t think it’s ever really bothered me in football either. Probably because I’ve got multi national blood myself. Certainly prefer the football rule of the grandparent link, but I guess as long as someone wants to play and meets the rules cannot wait for the France game, no wonder princess Ann is over here
  3. Want darvel pumped. We look shite regardless as the embarrassment has already happened. Get them to fuck.

Another great win and great performance, some brilliant bits of play. Where has this team been for the duration of townsends tenure? Huge match in Paris in a fortnight’s time, especially since the French seem to be having a wobbly. Hopefully that continues until after our match.
  5. Imagine the seethe from the Tim’s, I want it to happen just for that
  6. Good appointment, certainly on the fan engagement side, but have doubts over the rest of his role

Excellent game today, proper end to end stuff and it really could have gone either way. Some classic Scotland indecision and poor handling skills mixed with the sublime. Back to back victories at twickenham is no mean feat! Undefeated there since the 2017 debacle. Going to be interesting if we manage to beat wales, they always seem to have run of the green over us. A good day for sport!
  8. Looked like a good performance from the highlights, and some great assists (and finishes) for the latter two goals. Hopefully it gives the team some much needed confidence. Had forgotten what it was like to see a dons win
  9. Taken from Fezbook and on behalf of Calum Benzies: I am posting this on behalf of Calum Benzies Hi All , my dad Charlie Benzies was a devoted afc fan , had a scar on his nose from his youth from battling 9 rangers fans on linksfield ! He also taught me very well . My heart was broken last night , he had a heart attack after the game in my car , shocked is not the word ( and that’s not after the result ) it was his 68th birthday yesterday and I would really appreciate some help in getting a clap round stadium at 68th Minute . COYR stand free
  10. The more I hear about this guy, the less I like. re: Yorke, nah, he wasn’t that great at MacArthur. Had a very good squad and should have had a greater period of dominance than they have. Won the Aussie cup, but don’t actually have to play many games for that. I’ll say it again, nix manager is one we should genuinely be looking at. Would have won the league twice had it not been for covid which halted the league. Great track record with youth as well as actually bringing in good foreign players. Grumpy, wouldn’t take any shit from the OF. But not until the summer
  11. Huge game this weekend, really cannot afford anything but a win or we really are in the relegation shite. It’s truly shite being a dons fan at the moment, random folk at work who don’t usually give a shit about Scottish football are laughing. So get your shit together AFC. centre back pairing will have had another few days together, which is only a good thing, but they can’t be left out to dry like yesterday. I think they played well all things considered, but the rest of the team, lack of subs, let them down. Robson really needs to be alert and on the ball with his decision making. Is it time to drop Duk? Was only ever a project so wasn’t meant to be starting as many as he has. Who comes in for mccrorie? ‘Well’s form is pretty honking, but they’ve only been narrowly losing games or drawing them. If they get Danzaki playing like he did for roar last season, they’ll pose a decent threat, but he’s been shite this season, so fingers crossed that continues. out bed bed bed 1-0 dons, miovski
  12. I’ve started to accept this fact. We are so bad and as we all know, its not a simple fix , hence removing part of the problem hasn’t resolved it. Hasn’t changed my opinion that I don’t think BR is the one, but I really want him to steady the ship. Making those subs so late in the day was amateur stuff though when it was clear a lot of the team were breathing out their arse. Huge game on the weekend now.
  13. The funnest of all facts. Along with the one that we've lost the last seven of our midweek league games
  14. That was a horrific watch, certainly can't claim they laid down tools to get Goodwin the sack.
  15. Question is, why unless we're getting rid of someone?

    Serie A

Napoli are flying this year. Used to follow Fiorentina and try to watch it when a) I have time and b) it’s on tv. Not a league I follow religiously, but it’s been pretty interesting this season. I’ve also taken an interest in empoli’s results due to a former Nix player joining them last year. Would have loved us to sign him but that ships probably sailed now.
  17. Great appointment on paper. Not sure if evertons problems extend beyond him though. Helluva job in front of him.
  18. baggy, know he was at Cheltenham and I see Panda mentioned he’s right footed but played LCB quite a bit. What can we expect from him?
  19. The battle of two former Goodwin sides, hopefully we'll fare better than we have in recent weeks, or indeed against them. Above us in the league and with a game in hand. Really need to try and break this rotten run of form. Interesting to see what if any influence BR et al have on the squad in such a short space of time. Hopefully it'll be better than the standard of football he seemed to encourage (McInnes ball) last time round. Has there been any word of whether Besuijen will stay now, or is he definitely offski? Our form against them is all over the shop, after being fairly steady for a number of years. I would like to think Pollock goes straight into the starting XI, it's not like he'd be disrupting anything positive. Out Bed Work Work 1-1, Miovski
  20. Just stay strong, as Jute says, this shower aren't worth it. It's a fucking awful time to be a Dons fan right now but we're all in it together.
  21. If it works out great, but jury is still out on whether he has it just yet. Certainly hasn't set the heather alight when he's been the caretaker role previously. Appreciate it was unlikely that a change in style of play would have been witnessed, but still. Hopefully that changes this time round.
