  1. How the sales figures for this game? Gutted to miss it on REDTV.
  2. Haha I wish I could say there was. But it's always been around their moaning. Guess having a soft spot for man united as a kid and then going uni in manc probably solidified it. Its the victim card that does my head in. The delusion that they were relevant and always innocent. Obviously they are now relevant, but seeing them failing would bring me much joy. Nothing more than good old fashioned irrational footballing hatred, Rocket.
  3. The day weve all been waiting for, the moment Scotlands most underrated striker graces the good pitch Been in lightening form in fairness, but calls for a Scotland call ups are a bit wild. Not going to be an easy match by any stretch of the imagination, but at least its at home. Hopefully our defence isnt forced to switch to a different system and just allowed to play. Didn't seem like they knew what to do in the first half. Out Bed Maybe bed, unless I can stay awake for this and the rugby Bed 2-1, McGinn and cosgrove
  4. As much as I hate to say it, this pleased me.
  5. Yeah, not quite sure how we line up here. Hoban in midfield maybe?
  6. Good news about Lewis, and important too. Nice to see Devlin in and amongst it again. Feels like an absolute age since he last played.
  7. Guys on RedTV mentioned it a few weeks back that it got reset after the halfway point.
  8. Surely there's no risk to Lewis not starting? Was a cut to the forehead but shouldn't have got concussion from that?
  9. That's a sore one
  10. Sounds like Joe should be back for this one. Whilst cerny is more than capable, I think Lewis covers a wee bit more. Definitely my preference but having watched the hibs game, content that cerny will do a good job if called upon. Sounds like we have to wait on Sam, but again hopefully he'll be OK. Not ideal to start a game with two non goal scoring Strikers but imagine we'll be trying to snuff out their midfield first. If Wilson can start putting away those through balls from Stewart, we might be onto a winner. Hopefully the ref (Bobby madden)... Doesn't punish us for Gerrards scouse comments on the weekend. Moany fucker. Over 16k tickets sold so hopefully a few more encouraged by the result on the weekend. Out Bed Work 1-1, Stewart 19,387
  11. Been listening to a lot of Cumbia over the past year or so Probably started because of Narcos, but noticed recently it's been in the Guardian and WorldWide FM etc...

    Films

Saw Vice and First Man recently. Both really enjoyable watch's and would recommend them. Some seriously good acting.
  13. They were as good as they were the first time I saw them. Highly recommend them
  14. Remember lots of positivity for both him and Lowe from their parent clubs. Both I guess have ended up with us due to injury curtailing them from reaching their full potential. If Hoban stays fit, he'll be a great signing for us. Watched the extended highlights on REDTV. Looked like a really entertaining game and both sides unlucky not to score more. Some really good play from us which really was pleasing to say. Concerning were now left with two non scoring Strikers though. But with Stewart and GMS, hopefully that'll take the slack.
  15. Huns with FOUR penalties
  16. Strikers: Cosgrove - 21 McLennan - 4 Anderson - 2 May - 3 Wilson - 4 Midfielders: MacKay-Steven - 7 McGinn - 8 Ferguson - 8 Shinnie - 4 Stewart - 2 Defenders: Considine - 4 Lowe - 3 Hoban - 1 Devlin - 1 McKenna - 2 O.g. 2 - about time this guy stepped up to the plate.
  17. Great waking up to that result but shit news about Cosgrove and Lewis. Needed them both against the hunnery, but at the very least I hope Lewis makes it. Not a game it play a new gk. Glad to hear gms found his scoring boots against them too. Does love to play them. Decent away crowd?
  18. With Hearts winning yesterday, we definitely need to win. Only one point in it. Hopefully DM has the team firing on all cylinders.
  19. always thought Hearts were further behind than that. Do need to make sure we win tonight. Probably would have preferred a draw there.
  20. I don't disagree about not really losing any quality. But this was an opportunity to actually improve squad depth, don't think I really articulated that. Everyone knows we're lacking creative quality in the middle of the park and that's where my biggest concern is. As well as the wings now Wright, despite never being consistent, at least offered an option. It's a bit deflating tbh.
  21. Tough call this one. As KFP says, tough to really know what to expect from hibs. Will they play with added freedom after player power won? Still really disappointed with this window. I know I said we don't make wholesale changes but I genuinely thought we'd make one or two significant signings, given where we are. Anyway. I digress. Slightly concerned about our defence. Its a boost that we have Lowe back so at least that takes care of one area. But it's the centre half partnership is a concern. Hopefully gms remembers he likes playing hibs. Out Bed Bed Bed Hibs 1 - dons 1, mcginn
  22. What that does show is an incredible lack of creativity still. Injury to either McGinn or GMS and we're fucked. I get what you mean about getting rid of squad fillers Rico, but it just feels too lightweight in proven quality, all across the board except GK. Highly reliant on good fitness and minimal suspensions between now and the end of the season.
  23. 15 players, I believe. Hope we don't get any injuries...
