Yeah, I wasn't particularly meaning Folly in those circumstances, I thought it'd more be Hartley's job getting forward.

Personally I didn't think Folly was that good but at the same time he didn't do much wrong. Thought at times there should have been someone from the midfield busting a gut to get into the box or in space outside the box when we were in good positions. Think in the 2nd half, Maguire was in good space on the right, cant remember who was in box, whether it was before or after the subs but there was a gap of about 40 yards to the midfield who were just above the defence and nobody looking to get up. Same in 1st half, maybe we were talking less chances while we were ahead

So Vernon wasn't even on the bench? Camt remember seeing him warm up, seems strange, anyone know why?

Have to say was impressed with Hartley as captain. Pawlett was going off to be replaced and Hartley shouted him back before he went off to give him a pat on the back and have a few word with him. Then spoke to Fyvie as he come on and told everyone to focus even though we were 3 up at the time. Shows how much he cares and how he is looking out for the young guys, thought he was excellent

Im optimistic now - Midfield looks good on paper. Not alot of cover at the back with Foster suspended, think Jack could start, definatly need him on the bench. Hopefully Maguire or Paton steps up this season, I think I'd prefer to see Paton start tomorrow. On a different note, is Megginson out on loan now?? Would have liked to see him get a few sub appearances, maybe a start in the league cup Edit - I'm even more optimistic now I know BBC Alba is showing Hearts vs St Johnstone and not us

Im sure we will have Basey in at left back. Maybe McArdle of the right and Considine and Diamond in the middle I also wouldn't mind Pawlett and Aluko in on the wings, Pawlett especially. Obviously only if he is fit enough. Up front Vernon and Maguire/Paton, I'd rather see Paton

Yeah, he a more experienced version on Zander. I dont think Zander should be too concerned, the job will be his soon enough, a year or two as vice will do him no harm

I'd definatly keep Foster, Mackie soso, depends if he can keep up his current form. Also Nelson hasn't conceded a goal yet for us so dont see the need to find a new back up keeper. I hope the likes of Low, Megginson, Jack, Grainger etc get a decent run before the end of the season
