  1. Really?? So we get the first two games online but when theres just one other game that clashes with us then no commentary... That's balls!!
  2. Nae commentary of this online?? Northsound disna seem to have and BBC just has updates, dinna want to listen to the Celtic game ffs!!!
  3. Think it was in the first few minutes when their left back gets injured. Fraser continues and crosses it and Vernon lets it come across his body onto his wrong foot and he just slices it, goes out for a throw. Wasn't as bad as it sounds, it is a hard skill to get that on target
  4. Yeah, Hayes deserves a start, he's been unlucky to have McGinn and Fraser playing so well in his position. I'd like to see us play the formation we had when Hayes came on, the othodox 4-4-2 with Hayes and Fraser out wide and McGinn up with Vernon. Although could see some changes, Naysmith, Milsom might come in and likes of Fraser might get rested. Would like to see Smith get a longer run out too, or even McManus
  5. Aye, I thought the attendance of 10425 was a pile of shite, didn't look like it was only half full at all. Hopefully we win away to Ross County and St Mirren and get a big crowd for the Celtic game. Very comfortable win today, would like to have seen more goal (would've liked to have seen the second goal but untimely toilet trip) but a win is a win. Everyone looked solid, while Fraser has the limelight theres young Robertson who has impressed me, he could kept Naysmith out the team if he keeps it up. Ozzy too continues to impress me more and more. All in all a good day
  6. It's aff... The snow that is, game is still on. Lets get intae these bastards and get a few goals ana
  7. Can't remember Anderson doing much wrong this season, solid again yesterday apart from the silly tackle that got him booked. He's better than those liabilities Caldwell and Berra, thats for sure
  8. I'm not saying some challenges weren't deserving of more, but then thats down to referees making the wrong decision. I can understand saying to the refs that decision x,y and z were wrong for such reason so in future give a red instead of yellow in these situations. But you can't just say Fraser is a better player so book players more when its tackles on him
  9. I can see what people mean about "protecting" Fraser, but what does that actually mean?? More yellows and reds?? Pretty much its saying the referee has to be biased which isn't right. Surely the ref will decide what kind of challenge merits what action, you can't give a yellow purely coz the tackle was against Fraser when you know you wouldn't have gave a yellow if it was against Vernon can you??
  10. The Motherwell third goal came down to the linesman simply not knowing the rules. He's saw the defender behind the attacker and figured he's onside, not taking into account Langfield is well off his line and miles infront of play. I don't think it had a huge effect on the result and may have even helped us with the comeback but surely this level of inadequateness is not acceptable. The linesman should not be allowed to officiate anymore games until he learns the fucking rules
  11. 99% sure Stephen Hendry won it Denis Law Monty Alan Wells *Edit, just looked and that was a piss poor attempt... Ever so slightly embarrassed by my poor knowledge.
  12. Aye, excuse me, I meant a 4 5 1 and not a 4 4 2. Anything with 2 up front would do me. I can see how the 1 up front potentially works, with Hughes, Hayes and Fraser all supporting Vernon but it just isn't at the minute. I'd had loved to see the same line up but with Magennis up front, three solid centre backs, the same five in midfield and two up, but I presume Considine was more of a left back. We're at home, we're playing flowing football and we have a solid looking defence, why just one up, why???
  13. Aye, it is starting to get a bit old now. We've seemed like the best team over the season, any decent goals to chances ratio would see us clear at the top by a few points. And its really games we should be winning too, this will come back a really bite us in the ass come the end of the season. I was so annoyed when I realised the formation was 4 4 2 today, I thought it'd be a 3 5 2 with Magennis up with Vernon. I feel sorry for Vernon, at times its seemed like he's had to hold the ball up, feed the wingers then get into the box to provide the finish too. I just really hope theres someone Brown is looking at who is unattached, is McGinn going to be the answer from what we've saw already?? I dunno... How good was Cammy Smith when he came on?? Worth a start or two??
  14. I'm disappointed as I thought with Pawlett leaving that would open the door for someone, potentially on loan. However, if these youngsters that Brown rates so highly get their chance to shine and another one or two players like Fyvie, Jack, Roberson, Fraser comes through then I'm happy. If Brown doesn't bring in a player and these guys don't get a chance either then thats even more disappointing for me
  15. I think Brown leaving is inevitable providing he finds a club, he wasn't even on the bench on Saturday and we all know about the off field issues. We will need a replacement and I don't see Gordon as that far fetched, don't get me wrong it would be a massive coup for us but his career path has been quite similar to Russel Anderson's. Granted Gordon doesn't have a love for us like Russell does but he needs game time and a 2 year contact here with view to selling on in a years time would benefit both parties. However despite the huge blunder at Celtic I still think Langfield can be our number one and do a very capable job.
  16. http://radioplayer.northsound2.com/ Its like music to my ears.
  17. I did have a quick look on Northsound, will try again. 1-0 - Good to see Fraser start and involved with the goal
  18. Really?? That normally does my nut in, what happened to the commentary from every game from the BBC?? Poor show
  19. Am I being stupid but is there not commentary of this anywhere??
  20. A couple of guys are out, Forrest, Mackie and a couple of others. Replacements are McCormack and Ian Black. I have no nice comment about Ian Black, he can piss off from the squad at the best of times but showing no ambition and signing at a third division club. Just fuck the fuck off
  21. I thought there was lots to be enthusiastic about. Hughes looked most impressive going forward, hope he can keep that up, looked composed on the ball and had a bit of flair at times. Osboure played the best I've seen him play and if he can keep that up would solve the right back problem. Defence looked solid again for most part. Young Ryan Fraser looked good coming on, delivered the ball far better than Hayes did who was poor in that sense. I think there was enough there to hopefully keep some fans for the next home game, on another day it was a comfortable 3-0 and everyone is happy
