Just watched the highlights, have to say the wee overhead flick from rooney to maclean in the first half gets better every time you watch it. Re Taylor yeah he looks alright at the moment but i still think he's got big mistakes in him. Lets face it the back line has not really had too much to do the past few games but next up is a mid-week trip to the san giro and that's going to be a far more testing environment. I wouldn't be at all surprised if a taylor fuck up costs us a goal on wednesday.

It's not cap in hand though, I think this is a very astute piece of business. Christie is a really good player and having Shinnie, Hayes and Rooney at the club to help him settle I don't think it will take him long to get up to speed. Our chances of finishing the season strongly just increased significantly imo. We could see more of shinnie at lb because of this.

Just throwing this out there, how about not trying to demoralise an Aberdeen player when he's playing ? Novel idea I know but what can i say..... it just came to me.

Agreed, Duffy has done well at Morton and he defo isn't shy of giving youth a chance. Could be just what the boy needs.

I saw it the local independent Eden Court which is unspectacularly nice, i'll make a point of visiting the Dominion at some point as it sounds great. Re Rogue 1 well I'm quite the sci-fi geek and i thought they completely nailed it, the only thing I could remotely bicker with was the Tarkin CGI looked a little 2007. I love the darts, but I also play in a league so it's a bit easier to get into it when you know just how hard a game it is. I've never been to an event but one thing I have noticed is you never really see much in the way of security at these things. For the loud, ladish piss up it is I find that quite impressive.

I've seen plenty of games that NM has failed to have a real impact in but I've yet to see him posted missing.

Aye he got a couple of last minute game screamer's, hibs and motherwell spring to mind. Heikkinen was a lovely player, exactly the kind that we need right now.

Lewis, Logan, O Connor have all been successes. Weigh that up against Taylor and brown as negatives (Im not talking about loans because theres been a few duds with that for sure) and his record in england is pretty decent. When he's got it right he's really got it right in other words. If we were to go foreign i would like to go scandinavian, good spoken english and you don't see too many lazy scandinavian players. I've been saying for coming on two years now we need a def midfielder, a new marcus heikinnen would be amazing!
