  1. You mean Macgregor? In fairness I wouldn't say it was a clear goal scoring opportunity for Hedges. Defo a pen but the actual challenge itself you could argue isn't even a yellow. I wouldn't personally, that hun cunt is very canny and I think he knew what he was doing but even then I still don't think it's a red.
  2. And that's fair enough mate, I still think glass will rotate a bit though and I can live with that. EC are not raith rovers.
  3. Not so sure on the full strength myself. From Saturday we have 6 fixtures in 18 days and assuming we get through on Saturday 7 in 21. It's inconceivable that we won't have to do a bit of squad rotation over this period and Edinburgh are the weakest opponents we will face.
  4. Anyone else get the fear when they saw this name again?
  5. Soutar signs pre contract with the tribute act. Stupid hun cunt
  6. Agreed, Taylor will do very well in that league and will probably score aye least 5 goals too if the have anyone half decent at taking a corner
  7. Fucking result of so, especially if he can find previous form
  8. Glass is wanting to keep Devlin it would seem, he's close to full fitness. I do think there is a player in there 2bf but we've not seen it really since his first season. Still, he's probably going to be on a low basic and with consi due back in the near future too that leaves us well stocked with cb's for the rest of the season. With all cb's fit we may see Mcrorie in midfield more, especially if ferguson moves on. I can't help but wonder if glass is thinking about moving to a 3 at the back more regularly. He doesn't seem the type that is wed to one system and, personally, I think we look more solid with a 3. You could also argue that it gets the best out of Gallagher and given what he's on wage wise that's desirable. A back 3 of bates, Gallagher and Considine doesn't really have too many weaknesses to my eye, I would be quite happy with that starting against anyone in the league.
  9. Yeah I'm not too fussed at losing Hedges to be honest. Good player on his day but often flatters to decieve
  10. Broom seems quite rated by the Plymouth fans fwiw https://pasoti.co.uk/threads/broom-could-be-sold-by-posh-aberdeen-interested.117041/
  11. I've already brushed it off
  12. At least Rico was there to sweep up your auto corrects mess
  13. None that I have heard mate
  14. Blackburn have made a new bid for Hedges according to sky
  15. In terms of technical ability and guile Christie was probably the best signing Mcinnes made if you ask me.
  16. Hell of a size to him it has to be said. Looks like he can pass a ball too so this bodes pretty well
  17. I never really felt we saw enough of Samuels to make a judgement either way 2bh, he only made 6 appearances and 3 of those were off the bench. The few times he did appear I didn't think he was completely useless and his pace looked to be causing teams some problems at times. It didn't help that those games were when our defence was leaking a lot of cheap goals and the team was under way more pressure. Regardless though he had become deadwood and its good to see us shedding some of that. Re Clark and Lewis aye that did raise my eyebrow a wee bit as goalie is not a problem position at the moment. I wonder if Joe is considering his options after essentially having the captaincy taken from him. Or maybe just wants to be closer to family down south blah blah blah. If he is off Clark is a more than adequate replacement I would say.
  18. I don't think many central midfielders in Scotland would enjoy playing against brown and shinnie even at this stage of their careers but it's creativity we need to add.
  19. This was always going to be a transitional season given the complete change of focus on how to play. Given 8 years of Conservative Mcinnes ball being coached at aberdeen that is going to take time. Ultimately the dice have been rolled and I think we just have to see how it plays out. If we are trigger happy with glass it instantly reduces the standard of applicant because who's going to want to take the job if they don't think they will be given a fair crack at the whip to carry out a big undertaking. All that said its a big transfer window for glass. Could make or break him.
  20. Sounds like siegrist is away in January
  21. Fancy us for this, their defence is all over the shop. I think the big decision is whether or not to start jenks over Jet after his winning goal last time out. 3-1 dons, their defence is all over the place. Watkins 2 and ramirez
  22. I suspect Hedges will be away and probably financing any move for mcgrath. Wouldn't complain about Kennedy leaving though
  23. 4 games in ten days. I don't recall that ever happening before About as good a draw as we could have hoped for I would say. Defo winnable and none of those teams will be happy about drawing us on current form you would think
